Their new Deluxe Special Edition Gold McCrispy Meal is my new guilty pleasure. I do ask them to add extra sauce since I like my food saucy! I usually order through their App to make things easier and also build up points for free food. The McDonald's on 37 west is consistently good and the staff there are super friendly! I'm usually using their drive thru so I do not know what it is like on the inside but maybe someday. lol read more

We rolled up with a food order for probably over 10 people, a bunch of kids due to being here for a cheer comp. The food came out quick!! Only downside was there was some miscommunication when ordering, such as we ordered a 40piece and was rung up for a 10piece and it was not noticed. Everything that was ordered on the receipt was made correctly. It just becomes difficult with masks and plexiglass that sometimes things are not heard correctly. read more

Not good. Had a Crispy chicken deluxe. [LOL@THAT] small piece of chicken didn't even cover 1/2 of the roll - globs of mayo dripping out [too much] Fries and a coke. $10.50 for this is absolutely ridiculous. Tables dirty. Service slow. Ordered large fry @ drive thru & requested extra hot & extra salt. Made me wait 7minutes for them & guess what was missing.....SALT!!! Had to park & go inside a waited another three minutes before someone helped me. They ALL saw me. I handed fries back to her & stated they were supposed to have extra salt she tried handing them back to me , pointed to a table & told me to go & salt them. A lot of times the order is messed up and Always the McFlurry is not stirred. They just put the ice cream in and put the Oreos on top.

The staff had me park at the front of the drive thru line because far too many were in the designated wait spot. After 20 minutes they handed my food to another customer- who proceeded to open it and walk back in to return it. They gave me the opened food and I could not eat it as we are in the middle of a pandemic but even if I could they charged me for items then forgot as items were missing from my order. read more

On the way home from work on a night when I felt lazy and didn't want to cook or go out of my way to pick something up, I stopped in to take out a bit. I was not expecting a gourmet meal and that is certainly not what you get. You get what you order. The big disappointment is the staff does not know what they have in stock. I ordered and paid for an apple pie. It was only after they have taken my money and put together the rest of my order that they realize that they were out of apple pies. 1) It is unheard of that a McDonalds would be out of apple pies. It is one of their staples like hamburgers and McNuggets that they should never be out of. 2) If they were out of it, their order staff should have stated it when the order was being placed and before they charge you the cost. Admittedly they did refund me the cost afterward, but that is not the right way to do business and treat customers. I might have changed my order entirely and made a different selection if I had known they did not have all the items I ordered and initially paid for. Ultimately, I never expected a gourmet meal and I should not expect the higher level of hospitality that comes with such other dining experiences. read more

I have not been to any McDonald's in some time now. Since this one is close to me I thought I would stop for a change. What a mistake that was. The food was terrible. Every order of french fries were cold and hard. The milk shake was watery, not thick at all. My burger buns looked like someone sat on them.
