Went this past Friday evening (May 19) with some friends. While it was really busy, our server, Sydney K, was very pleasant and kind. She made sure our drinks were all refilled. My food wasn't as good as I thought it would be. I asked for my steak to be medium rare and it was more medium well. My carrots were crunchy and not the sweet soft carrots that I was expecting. The broccoli was actually really good though. I had trouble finding an allergen menu online. They had gluten but that was about it. It was disappointing to say the least.

My husband and I haven't had Cheddar's in a while so we decided to stop in for lunch. We were seated right away. Our waitress was very nice. I ordered a sweet tea and my husband got a coke. The sweet tea was really good! They do give you free rolls with this honey glaze. ( They were very good! Who doesn't like free bread? lol). We did order the queso and salsa. The salsa was sweet and was yummy! The queso was good also. I got the chicken tenders with fries and broccoli cheddar rice. My husband got the buffalo chicken wrap with fries. The wrap was chicken tenders rolled in buffalo sauce. The wraps were open on both ends, but he enjoyed it! I really liked my meal. Overall we enjoyed our dinning experience. We will definitely come back!

The first time I experienced the Cheddar's brand was in Winston Salem, NC and I absolutely loved it so finding this gem in Tennessee was like winning the lottery. Truthfully if I would have found it on my first day I would of ate there everyday. I love the food selections and have tried many of them over time. This visit definitely didn't disappoint at all. Staff was friendly and food was awesome. The honey butter croissants were to die for. We had the Wisconsin cheese bites for an appetizer. Our entrees were Grilled Shrimp Alfredo with a side of salmon which came on a bed of rice and bacon cheeseburger with fries. The food was soooo good. No complaints this way!

From my experience this is an amazing place. Truly my comfort food. Though I for some reason saw a handful of roaches in the toilet.

Couldn't get waited on at the bar or even acknowledged. Haven't been there in a while and that's probably the right decision.

It is date lunch Friday with my beloved so we drove about 40 minutes to give Walnut Kitchen a try…read more We arrived a few minutes before our reservation and easily found a parking spot. We stepped inside, and we were kindly greeted by the hostess. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and had a warm feel. The bar in the corner was both beautiful and extremely well stocked. J greeted us promptly at our table and gave us a thorough walk through of the menu. The offerings were creative and well thought out. We ordered the pimento cheese and grit chips appetizer. A great suggestion from J. It was surprisingly flavorful and super well balanced. I knew at that point, we were in for a treat. Even the iced tea was out of this world. My wife thought it was perhaps the best tea she had ever tasted. My bride ordered the Chicken Spiedie with fries and I did the beef and cheddar with onion rings. The beef and cheddar was absolutely delicious. It was piled high with juicy smoked brisket, smoked cheddar, blackberry bbq sauce and pickles. The order of onion rings and fries were more than enough to share. They were also just fabulous. I have a feeling, everything on the menu is delicious. We finished things off with the Mama's Brownies. Just bonkers. That is all I have to say: Warm cookie dough layered with a vanilla cheesecake center topped with vanilla bean ice cream with a caramel and fudge drizzle. It was an outstanding suggestion. The food was excellent. The service was top notch (thank you J). I plan on spending a significant amount of time here trying everything on the menu. Do yourself a favor and head over for dinner tonight. You can thank me later.

The inside looked great, the staff were awesome, everything looked clean, and the food was simply splendid. My only tip would be to know there is additional parking around that location beyond what's on the restaurant front. Excited to get back again soon. Happy Yelping everyone, onward!

I am a little late on this review, but better late than never. I made a reservation here for my…read moreboyfriends birthday back on 02/16/2026. I looked high and low for a place that serves 'Nduja (spreadable salami) in Knoxville/ surrounding areas, and Amici is where I found it. It isn't something that you can find easily here, so I was excited to take him here, knowing he would be excited. We had a corner table, I sat on the booth side, which i'm 5'5, but the booth is a bit tall, so I couldn't place my feet on the floor. It honestly didn't bother me, there were pillows to prop for the bench seating and I was fine. We started with an appetizer (which I really wanted to try) the Arancini. Just WOW, they were big in size, and absolutely mouthwatering, flavorful and delectable. They were perfectly fried, were crisp, just the right hotness, and the pomodoro could be eaten by the spoonful. Honestly everything was great, but that appetizer still has me thinking about it. I ordered the Fig and Prosciutto pizza on sourdough and my boyfriend ordered a Four Cheese with 'Nduja. My pizza was good, sweet, salty and savory. He enjoyed his 'Nduja, but it was a bit different consistency that he was used to. They did say they made it in house which was nice for authenticity. For his birthday we ordered the Zeppole (its like a fried donut with a lemon glaze) - not my forte personally, because if it's not chocolate it isn't worth the calories- but it's not my birthday, hah. He absolutely loved the Zeppole and had dreams about. Over all we had a pleasant experience. Trust me, don't sleep on those Arancini.

Amici has a small menu and everything is really delicious. We have had their risotto, the pork and several of the pastas. We have not yet tried the pizza but it looks great. We have tried their arancini and salads both are great. Their deserts are excellent. Amici is as good as north end Boston Italian restaurants.

I was fully expecting a mouth-watering combo of sweet, salty and savory. I did not taste any of the blackberry jam even though I could see it was on there. Smoke was the sandwich's primary flavor profile. A bit much for me. I think my biggest issue was the globs of fat that made their way into my mouth. It was a big turn off and I did not finish the 2nd half of my sandwich. My friend got the Ricky Ricardo (which would have been my 2nd choice). She could not bite through the tough meat. I do recommend you give this place a try though. I will definitely revisit and try a different sammy.

The sandwich was pretty good. I prefer a more classic tale with pork and ham versus deli ham and bacon but it was not bad at all. The shop and eating area is really cute. I like that the sandwiches are prepared when you order so you can customize anything if you want to. The cinnamon roll was hugely disappointing. The bottom portion was totally raw dough but the top that was fully cooked was way too dry. I love grilled cheese sandwiches and I liked that they sold cheese curds so I'd probably give this place another try. Service was also friendly, which is a plus.
