They did not seem very concerned about the extra hassle for me and even seemed to be annoyed that I wanted their errors corrected. The burger was the size of a baseball, the patty was pink and brown on the inside and disintegrated in my mouth like condensed dirt, absolutely no flavor, luke warm, slapped it with a slice of kraft singles and called it a day. My buddy Josh and I both opted to get the Classic Burger. Overall the burgers were better then the reviews. We anticipated blah Burgers but they had some flavor, were cooked well and made correctly. They have a self serve touch screen ordering process, which is kinda cool. Fries were decent... Overall this place fills the belly but doesnt give any wow factor. My complaint is the burger doesnt look appetizing at all. And most importantly I ordered my girlfriend chicken tenders. My order came up quickly but after waiting they tell me they are out of chicken tenders. Unfortunately there isn't anything else she would eat. I'm really torn on what to think about this place. On one hand, the ordering system was really cool (WaWa style, for those experiencing that joy in New Jersey). The fries were DELICIOUS! They had the skins left on them which always leads to a nice crispy outside and soft inside. Perfect. Also, you get a vast selection of dipping sauces to choose from. I went with the thousand island sauce (as an homage to In n Out). The burger was considerably big; so much so that I couldn't finish it. I went with the semi-serious burger (1/3 pound). The burger itself was a little dry (coming from someone who orders burgers well done, so that's saying something) and the bread was eh. I did like that it wasn't a typical frozen patty, but had the texture of a hand formed ground beef burger. Obviously the prices are outta control, being in the airport, so I won't fault them for that. Let's just start with the price, it's a little steep but that's EXPECTED from the airport cafeteria. Well anything in the airport is expensive. Well they don't put the fast in fast food that's for sure ! I have never seen a system like it . You order your food on an I pad when there is a perfectly able guy standing there and then it takes nearly 15 minutes for it to get to you and then you have to pay at another desk ! Then your food is getting colder as the time goes on . Due to the lighting and the design of the kitchen one could easily mistake a Cheeburger Cheeburger establishment to be a morgue. Atmosphere 0/10. Once you actually begin to place your order, you'll notice that the touch screen is horribly defective, and ordering is a very tedious, medial task. The employees are disengaged and detached form the work they are doing.(customer experience and service, an absolute 0/10) A hamburger is a simple sandwich, one would think that it would be very difficult to mess it up, yet the chefs over at Cheeburger Cheeburger have transcended my expectations and made an absolute abomination of a burger. Food: Fries were plentiful, but flavorless and dry. The Classic Burger, although flavorful, was tremendously huge and greasy - I felt my arteries clogging with each bite as I became more and more unhealthy. My friend and I were craving burgers and of course seeing cheeseburger cheeseburger we thought that we were going to get something great. However, the burger lacked flavor and juice. It was extremely dry for the amount of beef that was on it. We both added cheese, bacon, and avocado but we could barely taste the extras because it was too much meat. It was like eating meat loaf with bread. Dry ass meatloaf with bread. The French fries were perfectly salted and the prices are pretty reasonable. I do think that if the workers played a little less and worked a little harder then the burgers would be better! read more
