D I received a single with everything. When I got my hamburger, it was just one big mess. Horrible! The lettuce piece was white with this white thing that was about a half an inch thick was very hard. I do believe that you throw that part away yuk. I ordered 1 Dave's combo (no bun) with a diet coke. Also a 6 piece spicy nuggets and 1 Dave's single (no bun). I received 1 strawberry lemonade 1 10 piece spicy nuggets and a Dave's triple cheeseburger. This resturant has made several mistakes with orders in the past. It seems as if thry don't even care about their brand or the quality of their food. I used Doordash to deliver this order and received an uber eats order. This is totally unacceptable. Doordash didn't even check they had the right order and this Wendy's location clearly can care less. The irony is I used a Doordash credit from the last time they messes up my order. Oh my goodness! After coming in from an Uber trip from Dutchess Co NY (Hudson Valley) this afternoon, I knew I needed something to eat, and when I saw this building's newer condition and organized system, I knew I had to look further. I had had neither breakfast nor lunch and it sure didn't look or feel like I'd have dinner tonight (that's out of the ordinary). So when I saw this Wendy's attached to the gas station I got gas at, I knew I just had to come in to replenish. Although it really was more like a "restroom only" break, I had to pop my head into Wendys to get some "comfort" food for myself. I ordered a LOT less than I normally do, but I still had to get something I understand the most (to which the Dave's Single with Cheese and a Small soda (Sprite) sure held). The placement of the order was taken just as well as any other Wendy's that I've known, and even my credit card (debit card) showed no problems. I just wish this place would've marked straws and stir-sticks better near the registers, because at first, I grabbed a stir stick for drinking my soda, not seeing much difference. The stuff came out a few minutes later and was handed right to me - unlike most places where they call out a name or number and you come and get your food. (I like that the server knew which food went with who was nearby: she kept track well.) At first, there were few people in the line ahead of me and I thought something was going to be lost in translation, but I was fully aware that these places should know what they are doing and trusted my decision. Food came out moderately warm, maybe a little cooler than it should, but was still palatable to eat. It's my own fault for forgetting to mention "no pickles and no onion" like most of the Wendys around me already know me to forget and take the stuff off already. Although I don't see myself coming back specifically for this place in the future (Because I don't live close by), maybe if you dream about my visit, I'll probably be back. read more

A fast food joint is rarely something I'll visit, and even more rarely review, but this one needed calling out. I wound up here while driving to the "cell-phone waiting lot" as I was picking a friend up at JFK. I figured that since I hadn't had either breakfast or lunch that I'd pick up a small bite to kill time. Heading to the drive-thru, there was only one car ahead of me. I placed my order, and when I pulled up the attendant actually asked me to back up again and then pull forward so her "counter" wouldn't show how long it took to get my order filled. Uhmm...okay? The food was terrible - grilled chicken fajita had warm meat, a room-temp fajita, wilted lettuce, and a terrible sauce which left heartburn. The junior cheeseburger had barely been warmed, and the bun also room temperature. I'd have to assume that not only was the food pre-made, but that it wasn't being stored under heat lamps. About the only thing which was decent here was the sweet iced tea, and that not saying much. No thank you - this was a great lesson, and I hope it's a teachable moment for anyone else thinking of coming here. read more

The People That Work At This Location do not care about how the customers are being threat it. I have come a few times to this Wendy's and is always some issue with my order. Last time the lady ask for my name because that's how you get your food after you pay. She did not bother my whole name and somebody else with a similar name of me end up getting my order. I work at the airport so I'm limited on options during my break because I work at night so it's mostly wendys, qdoba, dunkin donuts, mcdonalds or ride into the five towns for a couple other fast food places. Anyway this wendys always has terrible service, never seen anything like it and I've seen some pretty bad service. A bunch of us at work went on break around 9:30 pm and about 8 of us went to wendys, as we get on line, the lady who just helped a customer place his order looked up and said "we have no food left"..... So you ran out of everything? Wow that's impressive, we all laughed about it on the way to qdoba. Anyway we get back to the break room at work and a little over 30 minutes later someone else comes back with wendys..... We asked him where did he get it.... What do you know? He went to the same wendys. Hah! Guess the lady at the front didn't want to work, but that's pretty bad because now you probably just lost out on over $100 minimum with just the 8 of us and the 2 people behind us. read more

This particular Wendys needs serious help. Service is very inconsistent and at times terrible. I work at JFK and frequent this travel plaza. Most times when you arrive, the lines are way too long. The employees are always lagging, the manager doesnt seem to care either. One time I saw smoke fuming from the Wendys Kitchen which filed the entire plaza with smoke and all the employees were doing was yelling at each other and not doing anything about it. this place is wack as hell...we had to wait in line for 30 minutes, then when we finally pull up to order. this lady says "one minute." NEVER COMES BACK and there wasn't even anyone there to take our order. after waiting a while, no one comes to the thing. me and my family drove up to the window where you would actually get your food. no one is at the window. i could only see a couple people working but no one was paying attention. i recommend not coming here. read more

The date is Thursday August 13th the time is 6:11. I just ordered a frosty ccino, the girl behind the counter told me "you know that tastes like watered down coffee right?" I said to her that's alright I'll get it anyway. She went around to the drive through window where I couldn't see what she was doing and came back with the cup overflowing. As she was handing me the drink she tipped the cup forward and more liquid started to flow over the lid and through the straw cutout. I asked for some napkins so I could clean the cup she walked off with an attitude and when she returned with the napkins got upset because I placed the cup on the table they use to keep customers from getting too close to the counter. She then turned to her co worker and said "look at this shit". I just walked out and threw the drink in the trash...at that point I had already taken the L so there was no point in arguing. None of the workers were wearing the masks properly and the manager didn't even have his on. I won't be visiting this Wendy's for another 4 months when they cycle all of the employees out for some new ones.
