Ronnie and the rest of the woman working are clearly knowledgeable of their craft. $20, accurate and precise, clean, nice, follows my instructions of "trim this, don't trim this". Since then I've always scheduled my appointments with her and even followed her from TBS. She is located inside Qwellness and Family Chiropractic. If you enter through the chiropractors front door, her room is second to the last on your left hand side. If you enter through the main doors on the south side of the building, you'll enter the first door to your left, and her room will be second on your right hand side. Her room is very clean, organized, and cozy. She accepts cash, Zelle, and Venmo. You can book an appointment with her through her website and there are seasons where she opens up her availability, so look out for that! With her starting up, I'm sure she'll be able to start accepting more of a wide range of payments in the near future. Katya truly made my waxing experience a breeze, she is such a skilled esthetician and an even greater person! Before Katya was my esthetician, I scheduled my wax appointments every 3-6 months, but with her, I started scheduling every month. My self-care maintenance is incomplete without getting waxed by her! I get my full Brazilian, lower leg, and eyebrows waxed from her. Every single time I got waxed, she remained consistent and on point! She uses high quality products and she double checks to confirm she got all of my hair removed. My eyebrows are very sensitive and I actually hate waxing my brows more than my Brazilian, however, after communicating it to her years ago, Katya ensures it is as pain free as possible. She has overcome a lot of challenges to be where she is at now, she is a warrior! Although it is not required of her to do these things, it is nice that she shows how valued I am as her client.
