I started with the serum flight: raspberry lemonade, pear vanilla, black berry currant vanilla and strawberry watermelon. The first 2 were delicious. With my favorite being the pear vanilla. Then Rebecca started to bring me a few others to try. Nothing beat the pear vanilla. So we moved on to the full meads. So the difference is, the serums run about 5.8abv and the meads are about 12-15abv. I came home with 2 bottles of mead. The double pear vanilla and the catalyst. The double pear vanilla is self explanatory. However, the Catalyst is tangerine and pineapple age for 27 weeks in a Grand Marnier barrel. The taste is amazing. I would definitely comeback.
