We visit Coopers Hawk for girls nights because of my wine club membership. The food is always good and the wine always makes us happy! Tonight, we had the great joy of having Hannah G as our server. She was polite and entertaining all at the same time. She paced our service perfectly, even when she had a party of 12 sit down for dinner. We never noticed any change in her attention. If you join the wine club there are alot of perks and it's quality wine aswell so you do not have to worry about headaches or feeling icky after. The food is always well seasoned, hot and delicious. The music is top tier! I am not sure who does their playlist but keep them coming!! They play the jams especially old school rnb, pop etc. The staff are always super friendly and attentive. I've honestly never had a bad experience here and I've been a loyal customer since '18. The Dania Pointe location is relatively new and I love that they have complimentary valet bc parking is horrible due to all the other stores and restaurants. The venue actually has a winery section; very impressive indeed. We got seated in a booth; the ambiance all around was great, modern, elegant, airy, and full of energy. I came with a friend for a wine tasting and we ended up staying for happy hour. My friend is part of the Cooper Hawk's Wine Club and one of the perks is a monthly free wine tasting for two. I got to try all new wines, which was a great experience. It's so awesome to be able to taste wine before buying it. After our wine tasting we decided to have some light bites and drinks since their happy hour was going on. I had a couple of Cosmopolitans which were perfectly made and I really enjoyed them. For food we had the shaved prime rib sliders (2 per order) and the Caprese flatbread. They served us their delicious pretzel bread as well. We decided to come back to Cooper's Hawk, and once again, it was the best decision ever! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by our wonderful waitress, Paola. She was incredibly kind and very knowledgeable about the menu. We asked for help choosing a wine, and her recommendation was spot on -- I ended up loving it so much I ordered a bottle! It's always nice when someone truly knows what they're talking about and helps elevate the experience. For food, we ordered the bruschetta, wedge salad, tortilla soup, Dane's Parmesan-crusted chicken, and Elle's chicken piccata. Everything was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. Have been ordering with them to-go instead of dining in for the last couple of weeks due to an injury. To say the least, this has been a complete horrific turn around from my experiences this past 6 years since I've been going there. The rudeness of the hostesses, the service, the food, and even playing phone tag with a manager, having orders canceled on us, being on hold for 10 + minutes with zero response. I went to brunch at Cooper's Hawk Winery with friends and was pleasantly surprised by both the food and the atmosphere. I liked that they offered both a dedicated brunch menu and the full menu, which gave us a lot of options. I started with a fun boozy iced coffee, basically an espresso martini in disguise, and it was delicious. For my meal, I chose the Parmesan-crusted chicken from the "Lite" menu. It came with a creamy tomato-style sauce, was under 600 calories, and the portion was so generous it could easily be shared. Our table ordered a few appetizers to share: the Tex-Mex inspired egg rolls which were a big hit, the chicken dumplings/potstickers which were my personal favorite, and the drunken shrimp which had great flavor with a nice kick. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. Service was excellent, super friendly, and patient with our larger group. Overall, I left feeling very impressed. Dania Pointe itself is also a cute spot with a nice mix of restaurants and shops, so it made for a fun outing all around. Would definitely come back again. read more

Cooper's Hawk is still one of our staples at Dania Pointe and we'll definitely be back. This time I ordered the double burger and it was really good, super juicy, well seasoned, flavorful, and definitely filling. The fries were the only letdown for me. They looked and tasted more like basic fast food fries, almost like something I'd get at a fast food chain, and I was expecting something a little more premium here. Came here randomly and it was a good experience. The ambiance is definitely a upscale business type vibe but they were very kid friendly, I had my son with me. Great service everyone was nice but what stood out to me was what I had for dessert. Every establishment that I have been to, if they have key lime pie or tartar I am trying it and this one in my opinion is top 3 so far. Everything about this place is always wonderful and it seems that everyone here needs to pass a friendliness tests before being able to work here. I usually come here once a month for a wine tasting with my husband and we always make sure to get Dawn at the tasting bar. She is the friendliest woman who takes the time to talk to us and go out of her way to give us little good wine mixing ideas. She even ran into us shopping once and we talked for a few minutes. The wine pours are wonderful and the wine is always so flavorful and rich. I love the food here as well and I usually get something different everytime because I've never been disappointed with the food and want to try everything. Recently for brunch I got the créme Brûlée French Toast and thought I died and went to heaven. The sheer size was insane and I had leftovers. The sweetness was wonderful and all the flavors just blended beautifully together. The brunch sangria is also wonderful and refreshing (and only $5). I don't normally care for sangria but this one was so light and crisp! Overall a lovely cooper's hawk and I go out of my way a few extra miles to this one because I love everything about it and have never had a single complaint! read more

Stopped by Dania Pointe on Sunday while my friend had a return to make. Honestly, the whole shopping and dining area felt underwhelming as there are way too many "coming soon" signs and not enough actually open. We ended up at Cooper's Hawk mostly because there weren't many other options. The restaurant was pretty dead, and the atmosphere was just blah. I ordered the ahi tuna sashimi appetizer, and it was fine. Nothing wrong with it, but nothing memorable either. I'm not a fan of chains in general, and I don't think I'd return to this one. read more

Cooper's Hawk is one of my favorite restaurants. Up to this visit, I had only been to the Doral location, so I decided to try a New location. Unfortunately I am not the only person who thinks highly of Cooper's Hawk. The wine-tasting bar was full and there was a line for the people waiting to approach the bar. So unfortunately I did not do the tasting. Instead I went somewhere nearby to have a glass of wine, and I went back when it was time for my reservation. The restaurant portion was not as crowded. The waitress was friendly and helpful. The food was what I have come to expect from Cooper's Hawk, which was great, and the ambiance was nice, perfect for 2. Overall, we had a lovely time whole we were there, and we took our time finishing the wine. I just need to plan the tasting better. read more

A co-worker and I decided to go to Cooper's Hawk for happy hour today. It was a very great choice. Our waitress was Natalie . In the beginning things came out a little bit slow, the drinks the food. But she picked up the pace as we went on and everything turned out very well. She suggested a couple of items for us to try and we did, great suggestions. We also had a tasting of two different kinds of wine each. A nice very nice surprise. The happy hour specials were very good and a good selection. We had a few bottles of wine, all of which were tasty, and the waiter was happy to recommend wines to match our meals which was great! I ordered the shrimp and scallop risotto which I found lacking salt and flavor - unfortunate considering the high cost of the meal. Several of the ladies I was with ordered the special which included a steak cooked to order - unfortunately most of the steaks were overdone. For dessert, we had the creme brulee (delicious!) and key lime pie (too sweet for my taste). Despite not having reservations until 8pm we were shocked with how busy it was. We had to wait about 15 minutes before getting a table. Our waitress was so incredibly nice the entire time! We each got a wine flight which were decent variety and portions. We split a cheese baked while we waited for our mains...which never came. Because we were officially on holiday we didn't even notice that we'd been waiting for more than an hour. But then why is this review five stars? Because we only realized the mains hadn't arrived when the manager came over to tell us they were almost ready and that the restaurant was combing the entire bill. That was literally about a $170 meal for the two of us and we just found it unbelievably generous (we obviously tipped after that). I would absolutely give them another try. read more
