This place is amazing -- everything is made fresh, from scratch, and you can taste the difference immediately. The freshness is on another level. And the biggest surprise for me: no bloated stomach after eating, which usually happens when I eat pizza elsewhere. I also got to meet the owners, and their story is truly inspiring. I'm pretty picky about marinara sauce (and I'm Italian, so I hold places to a higher standard), but everything was completely on point. The flavors, the sauce, the portion--just really well done. What made the experience even better was the owner coming over to talk to us. She shared details about the food and the restaurant, which made it feel really personal and welcoming. They also host special wine tastings at the end of the month with a curated menu, which I definitely want to come back for. We didn't try the pizza this time, but I already know I'll be back. They offer thin crust and even a deep dish that you can order ahead (about an hour in advance), which sounds amazing. It's a smaller place, but it's cozy, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the service was excellent.
