This was my first time dining at a Kosher pizza establishment! Mizrachi's Pizza Kitchen is located in a small strip mall not far from the Hard Rock Casino and a 15-20 minute drive from the Hollywood Boardwalk. We arrived and took a look at the menu. I had intended to order an entree, but my husband was happy to split a pizza with me. We were greeted by a friendly lady at the counter who helped us out with what size to order. We opted for a 16 inch pizza for $15.99 with no toppings. This is a kosher kitchen, so you aren't going to get sausage or pepperoni here. I don't mind since I am a somewhat strict vegetarian. Additional toppings were $1.50 each, I wish we had opted to get some broccoli on it! There are other options if you don't want pizza, as well as an assortment of appetizers (fried mozzarella, pickles, jalapeños and corn bites). There are entrees like baked ziti and eggplant parm. I noticed a couple of salad and sandwich options as well. Our pizza came out really quickly! The pizza looked very nice. The crust was a bit crunchier than what I am used to in a NY style pie, but it wasn't burnt. I'm not saying it was bad, just different. The ingredients tasted very fresh, nicely seasoned sauce and a smaller amount of grease. This was a lighter pizza compared to others I have had. This restaurant is counter service, but they do have a decent amount of tables available. We noticed others also dining in. I was browsing the website after we got home and I see that they are nut free. As someone with allergy issues, I do appreciate this a lot! The best and biggest pizza pie of any kosher place I've been to from Brooklyn to Baltimore/DC to Atlanta (where we have an excellent pizza place). A real purist- the owner uses ONLY whole milk mozzarella (no muenster here), imported tomatoes from Italy and clearly shows he knows his business and cares about his product. The pizza as seen in the photo is a 21" pie so the slices are huge. The crust is thin but hardly flimsy (your slice doesn't flop in your hand) but has a nice chewy texture and is very flavorful. Yes, the cheese is wonderfully stringy and really good. Besides pizza they make excellent use of their deep fryer. The owner knows the value of a good coating batter and offers everything from fried mozzarella sticks to fried pickles and jalapeños. It's an exceptional pizza joint, not a fancy place...but a perfect pizza place that makes perfectly GREAT pizza. Highly recommended and will return! read more

Best kosher white pizza I've had in Broward County. One bite and all your dreams come true. Walked in one afternoon and a few parents followed me in with their kids. Everyone seemed to already have their favorites picked out so I step back to look up at the menu and watch the bakers. Grab some of the ravioli but couldn't leave the place without trying out the pizza. After I'm told about the wait, I walk out and tour the plaza. I get back and still a little wait. Very clean and open layout to dine but I run it to Hollywood with full intentions on meeting up with my cousin. I didn't make it past the first red light. The smell of the pizza was taking over my car. Slices were huge and thin but the ingredients were so indulgently delicious. Just came back from having lunch here with a good friend. The restaurant is super clean and the service is courteous and quick. We tried a cheese pizza, fresh hot french fries, and eggplant parmesan. Everything was freshly made and brought to our table piping hot. I sampled everything and found it all to be delicious. (I even forgot to take photos!) The prices are also very reasonable, especially for a kosher establishment. My friend's baby made a huge mess on the floor under his high chair. The owner came over to play with the baby and laughed and said "It looks like the floor was hungrier than you were". We felt like family and will definitely be back. read more

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Customer service is Horrible"" and the they take 2 hours to deliver I guess it depends if they can. Horrible service. Ordered at 11 am for 230 pickup. Went into store to pick up and staff told me to wait outside and they will tell me status. After 4 minutes went back inside to inquire and was kicked out. Pizza came out late without receipt and was told it would take few minutes to print receipt. This of course is after waiting another 4 minutes for the receipt and I had to ask for it again from doorway. Bad customer service. This place is kosher, so they try to keep things well....Kosher. So the items will be vegetarian based to make operations easier. While there's no meat toppings at this place. I love the pizza, but we went in with 4 children ages 3,7,8 and 9. They bigger boys were playing pokemon cards, talking little loud but not being rude or too wild and crazy. Only 2 other people were in the dining area and the cashier was SO rude.... Kept telling them to keep it down. She kept rolling her eyes and looking at the other diners with a face like I AM SO SORRY. They were completely un-bothered by the kids, but SHE made it seem like they were being unruly. The owner -(or maybe just male employee) kept coming over and taking to the kids... he was SUPER SWEET.... He played with them..asking about their day and then the game they were playing... kept asking how things were and if we needed anything else. Then my friend's son pulled out a opened bag of Doritos from his book bag and Oh MY GOODNESS... the screaming and yelling about the place being Kosher and we had to get out or throw it away. I told him to put it back quickly... which we were told it had to go in the garbage...INSIDE the place... 2 feet away from where we were sitting. Crazy right? I couldn't wrap my head around the difference from inside his book bag or sitting on top of a very full un-covered garbage can..... but it made sense to the screaming lady.
