We shared 2 appetizers, crushed samosa chaat and an eggplant bharta dip that was very delicious and served with naan (we upped the ante and got onion naan, very good). My husband ordered his favorite and usual Indian restaurant dish, chana saag. I had paneer tandoori kebab; the vegetables (onion and peppers) weren't cubed but sliced and apparently sautéed, served beneath 6 or 7 large cubes of the paneer. Both dishes were served with a bowl of rice. My spice-averse friend had chicken tandoori and her husband had his usual Indian restaurant order, biryani (I don't remember if chicken or vegetable). We were chatting with our waiter, who is apparently also a chef, and he explained the parts of India where certain dishes come from; personable and knowledgeable young man! When we were full and didn't want dessert, he brought us boxes for our leftovers; I cut my 2 leftover paneer cubes into my husband's chana saag, added some of the rice, and enjoyed it for lunch the next day. If you like Indian food, this is a very good choice in the area. My husband and I liked it much more than the other one our friends had taken us to on previous visits.
