This restaurant was recommended to me by some locals. We had some garlic naan, which was very good. I had lamb Rogen gosh, which was excellent my aunt had lamb sag, which was too salty. My uncle had the chicken tandoori which comes with some dal. They have all the typical Indian dishes.

Appetizers with sauces. Veggie samosas are great esp with the tomato sauce. Not a fan of the cheese pakoras.

We've ordered twice now for take out and both times were delicious. Friendly service and tasty food. Our favorites are the chicken tikka masala, veggie samosa and garlic naan. Definitely a new addition to our take out rotation. Highly recommend!

The food overall here was good. The service was a bit sporadic and at times we thought they forgot about us. It took at least 15 minutes to hail someone down to get our bill. We ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala, Paneer Tava Masala, Palak Chole, naan and rice. Both the Chicken Tikka and Paneer Tava were very sweet. They seem to use a lot of cream in their cooking, in my opinion, it makes the food a bit less authentic. Indian food should not be doused with creams. The Palak Chole, Rice and Naan were all great. My 10-yr old niece who hardly eats anything, ate more rice and naan than I've ever seen her eat.

Decent Indian food, but not the best in the Berkshires. The flavors are good, but not distinct to be top tier

They told me other people took priority because they made a reservation earlier, not because the reservation time was different. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! We had kids with us, they were tired and HUNGRY getting past their bedtime and we had to stand! They should have just told us no, they cannot take a reservation. They knew we wouldn't have anywhere else to go and TOOK ADVANTAGE. Gotta say though, food was excellent.. drinks as well, which is why I gave 5 stars for food. But the service was so abysmal, it ruined the experience completely. I would have left and gone home, but I was on vacation and staying at a hotel. The man that was managing the front of the restaurant did offer 20% off and gave my kids free mango lassies although he definitely was more annoyed at us than appoligetic. He even accused us of arriving later than when we arrived. (The waitstaff did apologize even though it was not their fault). This was the first time in my life, I have ever left less than a 15% tip in the US. I was originally going to leave nothing, but I felt bad for the waiters that did nothing wrong. The restaurant is just very mismanaged.

I opted for the Medley Biryani rice dish with chicken, lamb & shrimp (I got a little sense that they might've not checked my memory on spices levels but then again I chose medium so let's hope for the best plus was never into that raita yogurt thing for cooling down the palate) . I think it's one which might do seats for dining as well & if this an indicator my instincts says same thing for eating in & ambulance levels.

I had a list of what I was going to order-two items I had prepared to eat at home. The soup-chicken sweet corn-nicely diced chicken and vegetables was one of the best soups I have ever had. The garlic nan was garlicky and so tasty. The tandoori lamb chops with the lime marinade were some of the best lamb chops I have ever had in a restaurant. The vegetable pakora sampler-everything was great. The green salad-was large and fresh. I have zero complaints about the food. My son and I had over ordered and had plenty to take home---it was one of the best meals I have had in a restaurant in a long time. Now, for dessert, I had mango ice cream--I love ice cream-after each bite eaten I felt like I was in ice cream heaven. Only complaint service was on the slow side. Already planning my next meal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As someone…read morefrom South India, it is rare to find food that actually tastes like home--but this place nails it. The kind of food that makes you pause mid-bite and just nod. The space is small and simple--people are here for one reason only: serious, no-nonsense deliciousness. Alex, Siva, and the team are fantastic--super welcoming and always happy to guide you. They even offer two spice styles (American and Indian), each with mild, medium, and spicy. Choose wisely... or bravely. The usual dishes like tikka masala are great, but the real magic is in the South Indian menu. If you are not sure what to order, just ask--they will not steer you wrong. We have also started ordering catering for parties, and let me tell you--nothing validates food like a room full of very judgmental Indian relatives going back for seconds and thirds. At our last event, the quiet "this is really good" nods said everything. We ordered chicken Chettinad, salmon curry, aloo gobi, goat biryani, and garlic naan--every single dish was outstanding. The only tragedy? Not enough leftovers for the next day. And do not skip the filter coffee. One sip, eyes closed, and you are instantly transported home, even if it's for a little while. Moringa team--keep doing exactly what you are doing. Love it!!

I liked that they had an actual drink menu with classics whiskey, vodka, and other regular cocktails. I almost ordered a pomegranate whiskey sour but decided not to drink tonight. Instead I got a pineapple juice drink that was really refreshing. We kept it pretty simple with chicken tikka masala and garlic naan (which I forgot to take pictures of), and it was good. Nothing over-the-top, but definitely enjoyable. I also went a little out of my comfort zone and ordered the pepper shrimp in a coconut sauce. That ended up being my favorite. It was really good, and I'd definitely order that again. Our waiter was very kind. There was a slight language barrier, but he was so patient and still explained things to us. I even learned that the traditional clay oven a lot of Indian dishes are cooked in is called a tandoor. Overall, a really nice dinner. I love Indian food, and I'd go back.

When I first walked in, the strong smell of Indian spices hit me like a wave. Immediately I could tell they cook their food fresh and it was going to be flavorful. The waiter was very attentive. The menu was extensive. Lots of appetizers and main dishes. I also saw a lot of vegetarian choices so it would be good for vegetarians too. We got the meat sampler as an appetizer, garlic naan, goat curry and shrimp tikka masala. It was good size portions and we had enough for lunch the next day. The goat meat was tender and just like I predicted, very flavorful. The shrimp was done just right. The tikka masala sauce was on point! The dishes were very mild so I wish they could've added more spiciness to them! I like a bit of spicy in my Indian food! Overall the bill was just over $80 for 2 entrees, garlic naan and an appetizer. I would definitely come here again!
