In our opinion Chefany's cake is quite literally the best cake in town! We taste tested so many cakes and cupcakes in the area and Chefany's was the one that blew us away. Her cake is somehow the perfect balance of delicious, sweet, flavorful AND magically light. I could eat so much of her cake and not feel that heavy sugar feeling. My guess is it's her natural ingredients, years of experience and extra touch of passion that make it so perfect. The cake she made for our wedding was absolute perfection. I had a baby shower and I was honored to have Stephanie make my cake. It was absolutely beautiful AND the best part.... it tasted great!!!!! usually these fancy cakes look great but don't taste that great. All my guests were surprised how yummy it was! :-) And the cupcakes!!! OMG amazing!!!! It was originally going to be a gender reveal cake but I changed my mind last min and decided I had gone 34 weeks without knowing the gender, why not just wait?! When she delivered the cake my girlfriends were quick to ask if she could tell them the gender, lol, and idk if they really offered her money or not but she did not budge. We are 38 weeks now and she is still the only one that knows the gender aside from our doctor :-) Thank you again for such a wonder job!!! It was an honor to be taught by Chef Stephany Buswell. Besides learning what was taught in class, she occasionally used her own recipes to bake special treats for us, from scones to cakes. As she does wedding cakes, I will only review the cake here. Although the cake has been refrigerated overnight, the cake was so chocolaty and moist as if everything were baked the same day. The buttercream was so light and fluffy you would not feel bad just eating it. Of course I wanted a second, or even a third slice, but I opted out so that other could have the chance of tasting the amazing cake, which only had less than a quarter left after our tiny class devoured it. Of course she didn't make an entire wedding cake for our tiny class (but it would not be a bad idea since it was to die for), but from what she has taught in class and from pictures she showed, she is the person that every single bride (or groom) should consult with before placing the wedding cake order. We had the most wonderful wedding cake by Stephany Buswell!! Stephany asked for our favorite flavors and incorporated them in the cake. There was a lemon layer and a chocolate layer. Both were moist and deliciously full of flavor - an explosion of taste!! And, it was beautiful - truly the centerpiece - replete with flowers -- on our reception table. And this was not the first cake I've had from Stephany.
