We reached out by e-mail and attempted to set up a tasting but had some difficulty due to scheduling conflicts for all parties involved, no one's fault. Eventually, Edith offered a sample box for us to take away. The sample box would need to be picked up at her residence and was very affordable. Payment for this was also an easy process. Within the sample box, we were provided with the most popular flavors and custom flavors could be sampled for an additional fee. When we went to pick up the box, it was set out per the instructions she had provided to us. Right away, we can tell that it was very carefully put together and gave us another early impression on the amount of detail that she puts into her craft. For the cakes themselves, we had four flavors to try which were delicious and we had fun playing around with 8 buttercream flavors that we were offered in the box. I would recommend pacing yourself because there is a lot of cake and buttercream to have in one sitting. We even created a spreadsheet and tier list on what our preferred combinations were to help narrow our top 3 options. Eventually we settled on a different vendor that fits our guest's palate better but this would have been a great option as we thought everything was delicious.
