As for the drinks, my matcha was with a house made rose syrup and my sister said her chai was very peppery and delicious--her favorite chai on our trip so far! Wish we'd had a larger size but not sure if they offer them. When I'd ordered, I wasn't asked about sizes and didn't even think to ask for a large. Parking in front is a bit limited, but they have plenty of interior seating and even a little outdoor seating area. All in all, I'd absolutely come here again if I ever find myself in the area. Highly recommend, especially if you are gluten free! They even asked if it was allergy or preference, which makes me feel more confident eating here as someone with celiac disease.

While the outside is nondescript, the bakery itself is beautiful on the inside and the selection of baked goods is extensive and spectacular. So many unique and tempting creations. It is difficult to choose one thing to order because there are so many that look amazing. We tried what they call a roulette which is a round layered pastry that is loaded with flavor. It was absolutely delicious. Not too sweet but just right. The disappointing factor at Gourmet Central Bakery is the coffee. It was incredible weak and flavorless. Not sure if it was the beans they use or the mix of water to coffee, but it was hugely disappointing. It did not compliment whatsoever their incredible baked goods. I hope they will focus on providing beverages that match the quality and creativity of their pastries. I would say check out GCB for all of their incredible baked goods, just don't order coffee until they make some changes. Their baked goods deserve, as do customers, a satisfying coffee pairing.

I'm glad I did because everything was wonderful, and I could tell it was all fresh. The ube bread was my favorite out of everything. They have a very limited supply, but as they are a small operation working out of a home, it's completely understandable. I hope they will rotate their selection so I can try more!

Defn better Pesto goat cheese baguette: three letter review -- OMG Kouign Amann: this one is square, rather than classic round, and a little denser but still layered and not overly sweet. GF brownie: quite good for gluten free but sweeter than I like. Bacon egg galette: the puff pastry is nicely flaky with onions and crispy bacon. Messy but good. The premade sandwiches are all tasty and much better than you get in a grocery store. Customer service is a little hit and miss, based on personalities. There's plenty of seating inside and out.
