I was first introduced to Cheferbly through my friend that manages the Middleby Residential showroom in Irvine, CA. They had done some filming in her showroom before and had worked out an agreement to use her space for a very special Venue for Valentine's Day. Since I was at a loss on what to do for my wife for Valentine's Day, I secured a sitting for two to enjoy what I was hoping to be an epic night. We decided to also purchase seating for a mutual friend and customer of ours, along with his wife. Night of the event, the chefs were engaging and charismatic. It's not nothing to have an intimate dinner party for colleagues at your catered in your home - if things go wrong, it will be glaringly obvious, and you won't have any way out - except GrubHub. It did literally keep me up a few nights. But Cheferbly was well worth the risk. Throughout the process, everyone was in touch, they accommodated some very specific dietary restrictions, and when Chef Jon showed up (early!) with a smile and an "I've got this" attitude, I knew immediately that it was going to be OK. As a bonus, Chef Jon was also great with our guests. It's obvious, he really loves what he does. Our seven-course dinner was executed wonderfully, the food was fantastic (who knew my kitchen could do seven courses?!), and it was well-timed. The wine pairing suggestions were also great. And, when they left, you wouldn't have known anyone was there except for the clean glassware they washed for me (WOW!).
