So, I've got a new vegetable peeler. My plain blade knives were sharpened right there on the spot. My serrated knives had to be sent away for sharpening. The kitchen shears went for sharpening, as did the garden clippers. And the pancake turner. After two weeks, I got everything back fully sharpened. And two pieces were replaced: the kitchen shears and the pancake turner. These guys aren't kiddin'. Everything is for life.

After no response, we followed up again on February 25 and February 26 and made multiple phone calls... still no acknowledgment or reply. For a law firm handling confidential, time-sensitive materials, being ignored like this is unacceptable. By the end of February, we had to set a firm deadline (close of business March 2, 2026) to get basic written confirmation of (1) whether they intended to continue servicing the account and (2) the specific pickup date. Because we received nothing, we were forced to consider switching providers and addressing the abandoned container ourselves. If your business relies on timely communication, especially for sensitive documents... be cautious. Our experience was essentially that the company "disappeared" when we needed service.
