When I took it to the counter, I didn't even say a word. The girl saw it and immediately said "oh my, that's not done" she took my plate right away and said that they won't make a new one. There was no hesitation and she profusely apologized. The next one came out and it was perfect. They saw the issue without me even saying anything and they made it right right away. My take on this is this establishment needs to keep up with the demands of what they offer. I would suggest limiting the items to choices that are a quick turnaround. They thrive in making the ice cream products fast while the fast food items take 10mins or more. I did not order the Funnel cake due to the worry of waiting for 10mins or more for it. I did not have any issues because I ordered a banana split, Concrete ice cream w/strawberries and Monster cookie on a cone. My selections were ok. I think it satisfied my sweet tooth, but I think the consistency of the ice cream can be improved. If Ted Drew's and Costco is in your rotation, then there's no need to explore elsewhere.
