I let them know I tried to get an appointment a month ago and ahead of time, but the soonest appointment was 4 months away. I did not have a 4 month supply. These guys were able to get me an earlier appointment a few weeks away, awesome thank you. But then I sat there for over FIVE hours. Once I finally saw the nurse practitioner, who was again, very nice, my conversation and transaction with her took one minute. Yup. I waited five hours for one minute. I had to take a sick day from work to cover my time sitting there. A day of my life I will never get back. The system here doesn't work. I get some people need more help than others but you would think the "easy" people as I was told I was numerous times, could be in and out and out of their hair instead of turning people away as they came in later in the day because they were full. Why would an hour go by and no one in the waiting room was called? One lady came in describing a heart attack and she was turned away. I felt horrible for her. I hope she is ok.

I called and was told I needed a visit and that she would no longer be providing prescriptions for mental health. Then today I called for an appointment and the message on machine said she is closing her practice. I never received a letter advising this. It is hard to find a new provider especially with NO NOTICE. Coming on to web page today you can see the posting, but that is not sufficient. I asked the office about notifications and was told they did mail outs. Where is mine? No email, no snail mail, nothing. I feel this is negligent in many ways.
