I let them know I tried to get an appointment a month ago and ahead of time, but the soonest appointment was 4 months away. I did not have a 4 month supply. These guys were able to get me an earlier appointment a few weeks away, awesome thank you. But then I sat there for over FIVE hours. Once I finally saw the nurse practitioner, who was again, very nice, my conversation and transaction with her took one minute. Yup. I waited five hours for one minute. I had to take a sick day from work to cover my time sitting there. A day of my life I will never get back. The system here doesn't work. I get some people need more help than others but you would think the "easy" people as I was told I was numerous times, could be in and out and out of their hair instead of turning people away as they came in later in the day because they were full. Why would an hour go by and no one in the waiting room was called? One lady came in describing a heart attack and she was turned away. I felt horrible for her. I hope she is ok.

It is hard to find a new provider especially with NO NOTICE. Coming on to web page today you can see the posting, but that is not sufficient. I asked the office about notifications and was told they did mail outs. Where is mine? No email, no snail mail, nothing. I feel this is negligent in many ways.

When my friend explained that she had already addressed the concern that was delaying the endoscopy, the anesthesiologist, Michael S. Fisher, became combative and judgmental. Another physician, Bisher Abdullah, also raised his voice at both of us. When we were simply trying to understand why the procedure could not continue, both physicians responded with hostility and impatience. At one point, my friend gently lifted the adhesive around her catheter--not removing it, only loosening the tape because of previous painful experiences--and clearly communicated this. Despite that, Fisher began yelling at her again. The level of disrespect and lack of professional bedside manner we experienced was shocking. My friend was not treated with the dignity and care that patients deserve. If possible, I strongly recommend seeking treatment elsewhere, as our encounter with these physicians was rude, dismissive, and entirely unprofessional.

My nurse practitioner is very caring. Knowledgeable and listens well. I have seen a doctor there…read morewhile having a bad health episode. He also listened well and was very through. It turned out I had type A flu, strep throat and a bacterial infection in my lungs. He did not stop until he was sure he found each thing and gave me two good antibiotics to cure it. We thought he had a twisted bowel or a blockage from eating something as he has pica. Waited 2 hours for the xray got told only one machine and one technician yet the place was nearly empty. Never did get to see the xray, it got lost on its way to our sons PCP. Not a place I'd go to for an ER visit. More staff more machines and technicians who ibiw how to read radiography.

I had my bf call again later in the day to explain what happened and their response was "they no longer wanted to deal.with me as a patient due to no call no show", and hung up.
