So the price on the website is not nearly what you'll actually pay. Also, we could hear the people in the next room talking, which was disconcerting. Thin walls? No one has complained about that. Last time we were in the Pool House Courtyard, which does not share a wall with another room. We still enjoyed ourselves, but it was not as magnificent as before.

The hotel became very crowded quickly, the parking lot was overfull, the breakfast lounge had consistent lines with food/drinks running out ongoing rotation. The main bedroom sits directly against the outside walkway so you hear a lot of noise, if you open the window blinds everybody who walks by can look in & the AC unit cooled the room well but was obnoxiously noisy to run. The location is too far outside the town of Chelan which makes it a long unpleasant walk in the heat. I would still recommend this hotel, ideally not during such a busy weekend.

We were in the river view room and it was cozy with a great deck view of the river. We were able to get settled in pretty quickly and wander by the water; sit and enjoy the scenery, and last but not least see their little rabbits, chickens, and prince the peacock! Ludger was an amazing host and really made us feel welcome -- can I also say he puts some restaurant chefs to shame with his breakfast creations? I found it super thoughtful that they had a check in sheet asking about allergies, dietary restrictions, and even taste preferences. He definitely accommodated to my vegetarian palate while still cooking up some of the best meals I have ever had at an inn, hotel, and possibly even restaurants. Kudos to him. It was super nice to have fresh fruit from the orchard be included the meals and it really added such a great touch to them. Price wise, I would say it is very reasonable for the delightful experience, calm and quiet surroundings, and comfortable stay. I have recommended this spot to every friend I have seen this week and will continue to rave to everyone about how amazing this spot is. Definitely check this place out -- be it for wine tasting, an event, or a stay. It is absolutely charming and will be a place you will remember for years to come.

In the description box I wrote them saying I would be bringing 2 small dogs with me and even though I grabbed the last room with only a queen bed I mentioned my dad would be staying with us on an air mattress and I didn't need them to provide any extra accommodations for us. Well about an hour later I get an email that says this: "A couple of things. The room only accomodates 2 people not 3 We do allow dogs but I'm not sure about 2 dogs. Usually people call when they have pets" To which I replied, "I'm sorry so what are you saying? Is it not alright if we have 3 people, 1 person sleeping on an air mattress? And also 2 dogs? I'm a little confused by your message." They replied telling me no I'm not allowed to have my dad stay with us and that 2 dogs is too much. So thank you well made bed and breakfast for your terrible customer service and I'm glad I won't be staying with you. I wouldn't recommend you to anyone. You should change what your website says and never tell anyone "usually people call when they have pets".
