This place is really cute. Love the decor, really modern. They were quick to greet & sit us. We ordered soda, that was flat. We sat outside, a bat flew kind of towards us, so me being a scardy cat, decided to eat inside, the waitress was about that, since she was always afraid. Haha! Ordered the spicy teriyaki, the spiciest it can be, it was delicious! Since my significant other wasn't afraid of the bat, & the employees were, they asked if he could shew the bat away, they'd take one meal of the bill :) he did it of course! I was pleasantly surprised with this place! The reviews over the last few months aren't very good, but our experience was great. We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. We ordered spicy chicken teriyaki, 2 orders of chicken yakisoba and 2 glasses of wine. Overall the prices are a little high for the quantity of food provided, but my spicy chicken teriyaki was hot and delicious! The waitress was attentive and nice. Overall, a really good experience here! Thankfully my friend and I came right before the rush on a Tuesday evening. The place is fairly small, so not much space for many people. After a long backpacking trip, this place was really great, and vegan friendly! Our waitress was kind and quick. The food was good, not great, but tasty. Delicious, fresh food and wonderful service. I've been here 3 times and have never been disappointed. I have gotten the chicken and beef teriyaki combo with brown rice and slaw. The meat is perfectly cooked and that slaw is the best. Finally a place that offers brown rice! My lunch buddy got tofu and veggies and loved every mouth full. Good teriyaki! The owner is VERY friendly and the staff is hospitable. My only complaint is the servings aren't as big as your typical teriyaki place. You will really enjoy your food but you won't go home with leftover like you would at a typical teriyaki place. read more

My friend and I both ordered the chicken teriyaki. I had mine spicy and she had hers regular. I also ordered the fried egg rolls. Her chicken came out cold and mine was luke warm, but I asked for spicy, so maybe they sauteed it a little with the chili sauce before sending it out. It wasn't anything to write home about. She didn't eat hers and they didn't charge her for it. My egg rolls weren't too warm, but I still ate them as I was quite hungry. The service was very slow and it seemed our waitress was forgetful and maybe a little overwhelmed even though there weren't very many people there. We wouldn't return here. read more

The food was not very good when we stopped over for lunch at this place. We had the yakisoba chicken and the chicken tastes fine but did not have a lot of flavor. We also had the spring rolls and gyoza at this place. The first roll tasted fine but from the second roll it all tasted a little doughy. Way over priced for the portions. We were expecting a normal teriyaki place with large portions but everything was super small portions and super sweet. Nothing was as expected. Our yAkisoba was soooooooo sweet and over sauced it was so disappointing especially for the price. We just spent over $95 for this group of 5 people and all of us hated it. We would not suggest this place at all. Chelan Teriyaki is one of my favorite restaurants in Chelan! The food is amazing and such great quality! I go there quite a bit and not once have I had a bad experience. I always get cucumber water, Chicken Teriyaki to a level 3 spicy or chicken Yakisoba to a level 3 spicy! So AMAZING! Great customer service! read more
