We stopped at this place while we were shopping in the area. It's small and we didn't have to wait for a table. The service was good, and the burgers were awesome. The only issue we had was the fries. They had no taste and were either mushy or super hard. Next time, I'll definitely try the onion rings, and we will definitely be back for the burger.

Enjoyed the breakfast we had here! Service was fast, which was really appreciated, so we could eat & get going! The food was tasty and well cooked. The retro diner vibe and décor of this restaurant is fun. We both really enjoyed our meals! There are (very clean) restrooms available, but for customer's only. They do accept all major credit cards. Prices are really good too; we got two meals and two coffees and before tip, it was $22. Very friendly server as well! I'd definitely come back!

Good ambience with decent food for maaaaybe a little bit too high of a price. The place was pretty busy and there servers did a pretty decent job keeping up with it all. We'll be returning and can pretty easily recommend if you like Americana vibes and burgers.

2 egg breakfast with a side of biscuit and gravy

I saw this place on our way back from down south. It looked like an intersting old style road side cafe I'd like to try. I was not disappointed in the design of the place, it definitely put off a feel of an old 50's diner. Great look of decor and seating. They offer breakfast and lunch menu items,as their hours are kind of odd. They primarily open on the weekends when they have the trade days out side near the diner. We came for breakfast, I had the 2 eggs breakfast with a side of biscuit and gravy. My wife had some sort of hash brown topped with eggs bacon and gravy, I forget the name. Over all the food was just average. My recommendation: Not a bad place if you're in the area, but I woundn't go out of my way to try this place. Pro: Prices were great! Con: Average food.

we stopped here on a cold winter morning for a quick lunch when we were traveling thru the area for a funeral in Logan. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of food here to say the least. We were the only ones in the place so upon arrival we were a little skeptical but were very happy with the experience. The food was good and very fresh. we got a burger and fries and a chicken wrap and everything was really good. This is a busy place when the tourist season is in full swing, but in the off season this is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat.

Drinks are extra, and there's also a small $1-2 supplemental fee added on, which felt a little odd since it could probably just be included in the buffet price. The food itself is very classic home-style comfort food with lots of options. Nothing super fancy or out of the ordinary, but everything tasted fresh and the buffet was constantly being refilled every few minutes. We also got the iced sweet teas, which seemed to be really popular since almost every table had one. One unique thing -- the entrance and exit are through the gift shop, and you also pay there at the end of your meal, which definitely adds to the old-school country restaurant experience. Our waitress was attentive and friendly throughout the meal, too. Overall, worth the stop for the experience and comforting homemade-style food while visiting Logan.

This place was hopping but somehow everything flowed smoothly. We tried a little bit of everything- chicken and noodles, salad, stewed tomatoes, asparagus, has brown casserole, pie, etc. my husband seemed to really enjoy their fried chicken. They also offer a menu you can order from a la carte. The buffet was so extensive that we ended up sticking with it. I only hold off on the fifth star because some of the food was over salted and/or overcooked (especially the veggies- asparagus, cauliflower, etc).

Since we were there during brunch, the spouse and I had two of their brunch staples. My Works Skillet was essentially a meat lovers omelette that looked a little better on paper than it tasted. The individual components tasted fine, but the dish was a little dry for me. The missing ingredient was cheese, so please request that they add some to your dish if you order it. I was able to steal a little of my wife's Dijon Hollandaise from her Eggs Benny to moisten my entree, and it was a good audible. The herb home fries were very nice, just like our waitress who struck up a conversation with us around the local happenings to partake in during the nice weather. JB's main menu is lunch and dinner focused so it would be interesting to go back and experience that.

Way too much but the wings were edible... and that's where edibility ends! The tofu with peanut sauce sounded good to me, but I swear they took a whole block of tofu and cooked it as one piece. The exterior was bland which meant the inner depths of said tofu was even blander. How do you make peanut sauce bland? The drinks had to be good, right? After all, they're also a distillery with their own craft whiskey. Nope... Epic Fail on the blandest old fashioned in Ohio (I'm guessing). If they're trying to showcase their whiskey... maybe they shouldn't. Just really not a fan. Other Old Fashioned fans in the dining party weren't impressed either. The margarita wasn't much better either. What about a refreshing peach dessert? I'll give you 3 guesses and they all start with B! You guessed it, so flavorless and the pound cake was dry! It was even dry if you were calling it a biscuit. If you're going to serve this, then maybe a peachy sauce to cut through the dryness. Oh, the description promises that, but it did not deliver on those bourbon macerated peaches by any means. Even Bowser would send this peach back! TLDR: Bland food, Bland drinks, Dry Bland Cake, and Bland Drinks (a no-no for a distillery themed place). So many other great restaurants in Columbus, but this is a pass from me.

Was able to split the Caesar salad, in which the dressing was more mellow and less acidic than typical Caesar dressing, but was accompanied with a charred lemon wedge to add however much acid your heart desires! The crispy potatoes albeit fried were extremely light, and the aioli complements well the shaved cheese placed on top. Then came the burger, with the fries being extremely crispy and perfectly seasoned. The burger was very good as well, but I could do without the mushrooms added. It is a wet burger as well due to the mornay instead of a typical slice of cheese that just sticks to the burger. Most importantly, the cocktails are FANTASTIC as always. A seasonal menu always gets created, with the staples of course always available, typically using their own products within.

We found Horvaths on a Lark - traveling East on 70, then finding a Gas Station with WiFi and Searching out a Restaurant via Yelp. Knowing that one of our ABSOLUTE FAVORITES, Red Lobster in Whitehall, is rated 3 L 2, we know that ratings can be sabotaged by Yelpers-for-Egos' Sake Users. Boy, were we right. . This place is a very Succinct 5-Star Stop. . As you Arrive, the Restaurant is very unassuming: a Two-Story Farmhouse with a 50' x 120' Rectangilar Footprint. The Parking pad fits about 18 cats/trucks, and a decent facade-wide porch allows hawkers to sit out front and eat. . Inside, the Foyer opens to a cozy coffee bar and after a shotgun hallway, a wall-length bar opens to a small dining area. Everything is appointed in a medium walnut tone, with a Wyoming Mountain Home feel to the Interior. It was Fantastically Cozy. . We started with the Seafood Sampler appetizer. It includes grilled Brussel Sprouts, Deep Fried Creany Crab Rangoon, and Coconut-Crusted Shrump. Each item was just about perfect: full of robust taste and cooked beyond all Expectations. Our Entrees were Simple: Thick-Cut Bologna for Me and a Rice Bowl for my Wife. Bothnof those were quite yummy. The Rice Bowl nearly tasted like a great polenta Bowl, with bits of Fresh Spinach and other Seasonal Veggies Added to the Healthy Mix. . For 1 Appetizer, 2 Entrees, and 2 Sodas, the Total came to $42. That's nearly unheard of these days. In fact, it leans into our Favorite 'Cheap Eats Slogan': "MorecAffordable than Raising Canes." .
