I don't know if I've ever been treated so rudely at a store before. The employee was totally unwilling to assist me in getting a bouquet of flowers in my price range ($50). I thought this was a straight forward, routine request. The entire experience was more than unpleasant and frustrating. I always come here to repot my older plants because it's right around the neighborhood and they go above and beyond every single time. They don't just repot with more soil, but they make it look presentable as well. Not only are my plants thriving, but so are the plants I have bought here. They do such a good job and are just really great people. I think the owners are the older man and woman who are just THE SWEETEST people. I will always come back here and support their business. I walked in today looking for a Fall Thanksgiving center piece for our table. I had a reference photo (the last photo) of approximately what I was looking for and asked for a muted orange and green with a little white. Because of the lighting in the store I didn't really see what he was doing. Not until I got home did I see how AWFUL it was. Not only were the flowers bright yellow and salmon pink, it's just not balanced at all. Honestly just terrible. I do not recommend this florist! I would love to hear them reach out to me. read more

My wife and son discovered this great florist years ago on a trip into visit my parents in London Towers on 23rd street. We have used them ever since, stopping by or calling in for a delivery and have never been disappointed. In these days of online cookie cutter type flower delivery service, I find it a blessing to have this "old school" personal local florist I can trust to beautifully arrange the freshest, longest lasting flowers to deliver to my parents on any occasion every time. I called them because I had a final due and I needed to buy some flowers for my final project and all I wanted was some information but the guy who answered the phone did not care for me at all and he told me to do whatever I I want and all I wanted to know was if there were any chemicals used to maintain the flowers and he rudely said I don't care and hung up the phone. They might have nice flower but I'll never know but I do know for sure they are rude and have no manners when answering questions. I wish I could give them 0 stars out of 5 stars. Nice neighborhood, family-owned florist. I went in last December to make an arrangement for a Christmas party, and they helped me pair some unusual pieces (lilies, red berries, pine branches, and holly) together to create a lovely centerpiece for the occasion. They even gave me a discount since we spent so much time working on getting it perfect together. I would definitely recommend walking in there and just talking to to them. Tell them what you're looking for and work on it together. They were very nice and seem to really enjoy talking to people about their business and flowers. read more

I ordered flowers that barely lasted 4 days! On the 4th day, they were really sad looking and never even opened up. I've seen better looking flowers that lasted way longer and cost only half the price of this place. It was the most I've spent on flowers and was really disappointed. Although their prices are a little high, they have a good collection of plants, and their staff is very friendly.

The soft-spoken florist welcomed me even as they were locking up, pulling down the shutters, chaining the doors. The sun was almost ripe to set. The florist was a patient man, selective of each flower. Red, soft pink, high yellow. He would pick them up, one at a time, find a crushed petal or wilted leaf, sift through for another. He asked what they were for, told me how they needed to be tended. I left, running past wide streets for a girl who wouldn't be home. read more

I described exactly what I wanted (greens and whites, neutral, very lush and luxurious) and they delivered a stunning bouquet in a very tasteful round vase with leaf lining. There was literally no one else in the store, but My inquiry about the prices of the vases were apparently incredibly annoying to them. I ordered a bouquet of flowers as an "opening night" gift. By the next day the roses were starting to brown. By the third day, all the flowers looked terrible. I took pictures of their deterioration and sent them to the florist. They apologized and said they would send replacement flowers. They sent 6 pink roses that were wilted by the next day. read more
