Had a very enjoyable time here with friends. Met a friend here who had a 3 hour layover. Not too crowded at 11 am on a Saturday. We were seated quickly near the fireplace. Server approached us quickly. He was super friendly. We ordered drinks but were disappointed to learn that only 3 of the 6 drinks on the special drink menu were available. Bummer. What made up for it? The not to be believed awesome deliciousness of the vegetable tacos and the bomb kale salad. The corn tortillas were perfect. Both were delicious and frankly unforgettable. I want more! This is a great location to enjoy a relaxing time between flights. Great service too! Be aware that prices are fairly high for a meal. Airport convenience can be costly. read more

This is a review for the bar area only. Stopped in at the airport location after arriving from my flight and waiting for my friend to get off work to pick me up. It took the bartenders an incredibly long time to notice me...and once they did it took an even longer time for them to come over and take my drink order. I waited for 10-12 minutes before anyone came to ask for my drink order. Probably the longest I've ever waited at a pretty mid to slow bar. Decided to wait it out though because I had nowhere else to go. I ordered my beer and drank it and in that time the guy next to me was trying to order another beer. He tried for probably 10 minutes and then just said, forget it and threw down some cash and left. Servers were pleasant when they gave interest to the patrons but I can't recommend to anyone using this bar if they want any sort of timely service. Maybe it was an off-night? I hope this wasn't the norm. read more

Honestly I'm surprised I haven't been here before. They had a lot of vegetarian options and it seemed like they were accommodating to every dietary restriction. There may not be overlap for people that are vegetarian and gluten free, but they might have something or an option off menu. A great place to escape the heat of the summer on their patio with mister and fans. Great place to take a date on a Friday night. read more

Excellent food. We were surprised as airport food is hit and miss. Our server went out of his way to accommodate my sugar allergy and checked thoroughly on what I could eat off of the menu. This place deserves its high rating. We will eat here again on our way home to Gilbert. read more

If you have to be stuck at PHX Sky Harbor for an extended period of time, I hope you're stuck in Terminal 4 so that you can make your way to Chelsea's Kitchen... or I guess if you are stuck in another terminal with plenty of time to spare, you should make your way to Chelsea's Kitchen. You'll thank me later! CK is located outside of the actual security / gate area, so anyone can go whether you're flying or not. Of course, I wouldn't make a special trip to the airport to eat here, but this is one of your best bets if you do have to be at the airport. The original Chelsea's has never steered me wrong, but I feel like you can't have expectations quite as high for second locations at airports... that is, until I came here. Friendly hostesses, very attentive service, and food that is *almost* as fabulous as the original. I went with an Arnold Palmer, the Del Mar Salad and a side of asparagus on my recent visit. I received several drink refills and many visits from staff checking-in on me to make sure I had everything I needed. I also set-up shop for a bit and worked while I was there, and didn't feel rushed at all. Airport dining at it's finest right here... enjoy! read more

One of the best airport restaurants I've found. This trip I tried a new item. I started with a half order of the deviled eggs. They were very good but on the dry side. Then I tried the Del Mar seafood salad which came with lots of crab and shrimp. It was very good, however I would have preferred a less vinegary dressing. Came back here again on another trip. The chicken tortilla soup is amazing - must have. Lots of flavor. I tried the Brussels sprouts salad - not as good as the kale salad (a bit bland.) ask for lemon to add a bit more structure to the flavor. Have a glass of Ken Wright Pinot Noir from Williamette valley. Good structure and acidity and depth of taste/notes. Actually goes quite well with the cheese in the Brussels sprout salad. Looking forward to the next trip flying through Phoenix. read more

For the first time, I tried Chelsea's Kitchen in Sky Harbor. Having tried every other spot in the LGO family, I was really impressed with Chelsea's in Terminal 4. read in the paper this restaurant was evacuated due to a fire which occurred about 2 weeks earlier, however no signs of damage. Unfortunately, I rarely fly Southwest but the inter terminal bus comes every 5 minutes. This restaurant is very large for an airport and actually makes you feel as though you aren't in an airport. This is wonderful unless you miss your flight. The service was up to the LGO stand, though not Misfit which is by far the best run in their family of restaurants, from a customer perspective. We had the kale salad with salmon, crudo and ahi tartare along with some good red wines as it was post-large lunch and not quite dinner. Everything was of the quality I'm extremely used to at LGO, meaning excellent ingredients, prepared perfectly with "special" presentation. Great job and I look forward to returning! read more

NOT SOLO TRAVELER FRIENDLY.Decided to stop here while ending my solo travel. I was seated by a host who didn't greet me at. Just sat me down with no words. After a few minutes a waiter came to my table. she asked I wanted something to drink. I asked for a mimosa, while I was seated anothwr group sat next to me. she took there drink order after mine. A few moments later she came back with All of their drinks and Water! After calling on her nicely she looked in my face and checked in 2 other tables before checking on me, giving me the wait a moment finger as if I had been serviced properly when I had no water, no reassurance my drinks were coming just terrible terrible service. read more

The menu is misleading advertising gluten free menu and they don'r. Even the potatoes are cooked in gluten. fresh fruit is a bowl of grapes and the coffee bitter just like the attitude of both the hostess and the server. Go to B gates for a much better breakfast! read more

Service. Stood waiting for 10 minutes before being greeted. When I was finally greeted, the hostess seemed extremely annoyed that I was even there. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant & I was told the only seating was at the bar. The front of the restaurant was packed full of suitcases, so I made my way to the bar to sit down. The bartender gave me an annoyed look & told me that I had to leave my bags by the front of the restaurant. There was one other person at the bar & absolutely no one at any of the tables along the fenced walkway. I explained to him that there was no place up front to leave my bags & he clearly didn't believe me & said to check the other side. I explained that that area was filled with golf clubs. I then asked if I could just leave my bags along the fenced pathway & was told that completely empty section wasn't his area & couldn't leave them. I turned around & headed out of the restaurant & left my menu at the hostess station & the was questioned why I was leaving. I told her that I couldn't leave my bags anywhere & she said, "It's going to be like that everywhere, love!" I walked to another restaurant & it was in fact not like that everywhere. Who knew you could get great food at the airport???? Wanted a bite and a beer before our flight n this was the first place we walked up to. The manager stood with the hostess and convinced up to come in and try it out. He told us that this was the second best airport restaurant in the country outside of one in Atlanta. Not sure where they rank but it was pretty darn good!!! And not just for airport food but food in general! He brought us guac salsa n chips. It was really good!!! I had the veggie taco with an amazing kale n quinoa salad!! If I could have sat longer I would have finished my whole plate n them some! Hangry after a day of meetings flights delayed several times over. Chelsea's looked like a trendy, happening spot, so we decided to dine here and hope we'd get a flight out before midnight! I ordered the short rib tacos with a kale salad. The salad was nice and crunchy, the beef however was dry and not seasoned well. Good portion size, made four tacos. The guacamole was fresh (score!), as was the salsa. Nice, warm tortillas that our server offered to replenish if I ran out. I decided to focus on the salad since the beef was over cooked. The tortilla chips were amazing, tasted like they were seasoned with sea salt or maybe a lime/citrus flavored salt. My colleague ordered the shrimp louie salad and enjoyed it. Overall ok, would order something different if I dined at Chelsea's again. read more

Every visit is enjoyable. There's something about knowing that a restaurant is going to deliver time and time again. This place was rockstar! I thought for sure it would be a rip off since it's in the center of the Phoenix airport. But I was very pleasantly surprised. You have to get the deviled eggs! You have to get the deviled eggs! You have to get the deviled eggs! Make sure it's a large order. They were the best I ever had. I wish I knew how to make deviled eggs this good! The tuna tartare and guacamole was out of this world as well. The fish was fresh in the guac was wonderful. Thinking back now I should've squeezed a lemon all over it. I will do that the next time I'm in Phoenix because I'm coming back and having a large order of the deviled eggs and probably the tuna and guacamole again. Usually, airport food is something most travelers don't look forward to, but whenever I'm in town in Phoenix and I'm flying out of Sky Harbor, I look forward to eating at Chelsea's Kitchen. The funny thing is that I didn't realize that their sister location is another restaurant in my neighborhood out in Pasadena, CA but it's a totally different name so that's my excuse of being oblivious. The food is almost identical and the sea salt chocolate chip cookies didn't even tip me off until somebody pointed it out to me. The short rib tacos and also the ahi tuna tacos are both awesome. I love the kale & quinoa salad that comes as a side. Their french fries are also really good since they season it well. My coworkers also seemed to really enjoy the burgers and the deviled eggs. As previously mentioned, don't forget the chocolate chip cookies they have out on both sides of the check in counter. We usually come in a fairly big group at times and we haven't had an issue finding tables that can seat us. read more

I have been waiting for my check for 20 minutes and have been habitually ignored the entire meal. I ordered a second drink after waiting 15+ minutes. Whether it is a quick bite at the airport or 40th and Camelback, there are a number of choices, veggie or carnivore, for ones tastebuds. Soup and salad: check. Devil eggs: of course. Chicken or Prime Rib: the rotisserie chicken is a regular go to. Tacos and burgers: juicy and fresh. Dessert: not my favorite dessert place, but I've enjoyed plenty of fresh berries. read more

Of course, there's never a complaint about the free salted chocolate chip cookies. They are so addicting I could eat a whole plateful......they use real butter Overall I think a solid four stars fits the bill due to today's lack of value for the money. Don't get me wrong I absolutely love the vibe of the restaurant and have never had a bad meal so if you subscribe more to the thought of quality over quantity than be sure to stop in for a bite. The prime rib was good...wasn't the best I've ever had but it was good. The mashed taters on the other hand was absolutely delicious! The best that I've ever had at a restaurant! I don't like posting negative reviews, but it might have been the worst restaurant experience of my life! I have a history of being really understanding of busy waitresses, but I sat down at a 2 person table and ordered a margarita (no room at the bar). 2 minutes later, the hostess walks up to me and asks me if a couple can sit with me. What? I don't want to be in the middle of their private dinner! So I tell her no and stand up to leave. The waitress then gives me a bill for my margarita that was served in a whiskey glass (I literally assumed it was that small because of for their happy hour pricing) and got handed a TWENTY DOLLAR CHECK for ONE SMALL drink. I told her I just got kicked out of my table, and questioned the tab for my small drink. It wasn't her fault I got kicked out of my table, rather it was the hostess fault. I paid my bill and walked out. While walking out, I overheard the hostess tell the nice couple "that girl didn't want to sit with you, so I guess she's leaving". Girlfriend, I'm sure they didn't want to sit with me either. Customer service and fair pricing is not a thing here. I cannot believe how terrible my 5 minutes was here. read more

We came here for lunch before my mother in law had to take off for her flight. Nothing on their lunch menu really appealed to me and I thought that everything was a bit overpriced. But then we are at the airport. I ordered the Tuna Tartare & Guacamole. This was really good but I'm not sure if it was worth $15! I also ordered the White Sangria which was really refreshing. We had a really good server that was friendly and attentive. I would probably stop here for a drink before flying but that's it. read more
