Wow, I was very impressed with this place! What really stood out to me was the quality of the ingredients and how everything is made in-house. They clearly don't cut corners when it comes to quality. From their corned beef to their smoked pork to their homemade salsa, mashed potatoes and gravy, every item tasted fresh and made with premium ingredients. You can tell they take pride in making their food from scratch rather than using cheap or pre-made ingredients, and it really shows in the taste. The service was great as well. Even during a rush, I was still attended to and taken care of. Great food, premium ingredients, and everything made in-house. Definitely a place I'll be coming back to. read more

I was introduced to The Peppersauce Cafe by some coworkers and when I went to grab our order I was surprised to find this hidden gem in the middle of such an industrial area. You could tell immediately that this place was loved and had regulars that showed up quite frequently. I ordered the Turkey Poblano Sandwich which was phenomenal! Also, you have to get the mashed potatoes and gravy. Best side! I have been there a few times since and I can vouch for their Peppersauce Cheesesteak, Teriyaki Swiss Shroomer, and The Peppersauce sandwich. Each of them were fantastic! I am a fan! Just because I brought the only two women into this establishment for breakfast this week day doesn't mean I am a hero. We walked in around 8:00 am and the place was almost full. The clientele was what appeared to me as all tradesmen. To me that is a good thing! They were all polite and friendly and jovial. It was a friendly atmosphere. Just wish there was more parking available to accommodate all those service vans and trucks. Service was quick and friendly bringing us our coffee quickly and our food was also not far behind. A couple of us had the basic eggs and hash browns which was very good and the breakfast burrito looked amazing. Prices were very reasonable which is nice to see these days. If I lived local I could easily make this a regular stop. read more

The hash browns deserve a special shout-out -- honestly, some of the best we've ever had! Perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, cooked to golden perfection. My husband ordered the Phoenix Omelette, and I went with a Build-Your-Own Omelette loaded with green peppers, onions, and tomatoes. Both were delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The only small opportunity for improvement would be to add a bit more cheese -- the omelette has just a small slice melted on top instead of mixed inside, and we both agreed it would make it even better. Was visiting a company and decided to do a late lunch. BTW they close at 2pm. We didn't know until we walked in and saw the chairs being picked up. It was 1:10. I normally would have left. The waitress was polite and said have a seat and pointed at a table. Several parties came in after us and she was friendly. What a hidden gem! I'm kicking myself for not trying this place sooner! A cute, clean, friendly diner tucked in an industrial area right by the 10 on 40th St. The food was so good and fresh! It felt like the cook actually cared about serving a good product-- not just churning out mildly edible food items. We missed breakfast (which goes til 10:30) and I'm actually kind of glad because it forced me to try the lunch menu which was fabulous. My open face roast beef was excellent-- big hunky slice of yummy bread topped with lots of perfectly sliced meat. We stopped in for breakfast today and had a great experience. It is a small restaurant, but very friendly and attentive service. My BYO Omelette made with ham and cheddar cheese was tasty. I really enjoyed the country potatoes that have onions and peppers in them, along with seasonings similar to a seasoned salt. The ladies here are very friendly. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted. I asked for a menu so I can place a to-go order. She walked away to give me time and someone walked up from the back and also said hello. She saw me looking over the menu so she bagged some other to-go orders while I decided. I ended up ordering with that second lady, had a seat and stared at the table of Phoenix PD patrons. :D I only ended up paying $15 for a corned beef hash/eggs/toast/hash browns plate plus an iced tea. That's quite a deal these days! As I was waiting, the first lady returned and made sure I had already placed an order (in case I just returned the menu without ordering). It's a shame I noticed that the soup of the day was Pozole AFTER I had placed my order. I would have gotten that for sure. I guess a reason to go back... It wasn't long before I got my food. Great Food We had the Poblano sandwiches, Cob salad, bowl of soup with a house salad. The house salad was big enough for 4 people! The sandwiches with onion rings were fantastic and the Cobb salad was outstanding. Easy parking in this industrial district and boy did the place get packed! If you're stopping in for lunch, you have to try the meatloaf sandwich or patty melt. The meatloaf sandwich is served open faced with delicious gravy. The patty melt has perfectly caramelized onion with house sauce and both are served on grilled Parmesan bread that's to die for. Definitely be sure to stop in before or after lunch time as they fill up fast and there's often a wait around noon, but it will be worth the wait if you have one. read more

Unless you have been told of this place you wouldn't know it existed. It's hidden in an industrial area near the I-10. This cozy diner reminds me of diners from way back with advertisements on the tables like when I was a kid. Service is fast order was taken and we didn't have to wait long even though to go orders were being picked up quickly and the place was filling up at 11:30am. I had the peppersauce burger w pastrami a side of onion rings also. This burger was big the cheese melted to perfection and the pastrami was so good. The pretzel bun was nice soft and chewy like a pretzel should be. My son got the turkey poblano sandwich and man this thing was full of flavor. Our server was on top of it and provided great service. I ordered the tuna salad with blue cheese and no egg. That's exactly what arrived. Promptly delivered considering the restaurant was full. It was HUGE!! But just right for me. Very tasty, love the house dressing, just the right amount. Plentiful tuna too. The lettuce could be less embarrassing if cut into smaller pieces. Hands down one of the best breakfast I've had in a very long time. The dining room is not too big nor too small but just right. Close to airport and worth coming to. I order through Yelp and had it delivered. The price is great for what you are getting but the let down was the flavor. The burrito was lacking so much seasoning. It was so bland and disappointed. They had salsa with it but that too was not good. The hash browns also had not seasoning. I had to add so much salt and pepper just to give it a little flavor. I really wanted to like this place but the food just wasn't good. I'm not sure if the done on experience is different but this was a miss for me. This is a great place to eat near Sky Harbor Airport. This restaurant is only 5 minutes away from the airport. The restaurant style is casual and. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. There are a multitude of Omlets and Breakfast Platters on the menu. Service was outstanding. The restaurant was clean, and seating was comfortable. Parking is plentiful. Not only is the restaurant close to the airport, it's easy to get there. This restaurant opens at 6am, so this restaurant is a great choice for early flights . Closing time is at 2pm.
