Hands down the best care I've ever recieved visiting the dentist! I've been here for many many years now, and I've never left unsatisfied. Although I do not recall their names, I've had both a male and female employee work on my teeth, and they are both exceptionally gentle every time! I have sound sensitivities and overall do not enjoy having my teeth touched, but this team makes it the most pleasant it could be. Dr. Young is the BEST dentist I have ever had! I have been going to Chen & Young Dental for over 10 years due to the high quality of care they give to their patients. Over the years, I have gone in for routine dental cleanings, fillings, root canals, and crown replacements. Both Dr. Chen and Dr. Young explain the procedures in an understandable manner to patients and you can tell that they really care about their patients. I've never had any complications or issues from a procedure. Jerrod is excellent and thorough with my semi-annual teeth cleanings and my teeth feel like brand new when he is complete. This isn't my dentist but it's my boyfriend's and his family. They've been going here since he was younger so I assume it's a good place. Its not always busy when we come so there's always a seta for me but there are times when it's pretty busy and there's only 5 seats available. The only reason I didn't give this review 5 stars is because of its location. It's hard to find and the area doesn't look that good. I have come here as my dental care provider for almost two years. They are punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and informative. They are a family owned and when you go here you feel the warmth and like family. When I call in they know who I am. The customer service is always the best. They follow up, check in and also call reminders for my appointments. With my work schedule it can be tough for me to set times to come in. They always put me on a waiting list for when someone cancels and they always call me when it happens. Dr. Young is the best. She is friendly and you can really tell she cares for her patients. We liked him from the beginning and introduce him to our family and few our friends, who continue be patients at this office. Dr. Julia Young is the daughter of the Dr. Benny Young and who I and my husband see now. She is amazing Doctor and I would say her dad would be proud of her! I used to hate going to see dentist after my last wisdom teeth removal in SoCal but this place has changed my outlook. Everyone who works in this place is very passionate about their job and most importantly, they care about their patients. Professionalism, patience, passion and friendliness are what you will find here. One time I was there for cleaning but Dr.Young found something wrong with your teeth. Instead of rescheduling me, she and her assistant worked over time to fix the teeth properly which caused heavy traffic on their way back. They also give you a reminder call for your appointment a day before to make sure you won't forget with your busy schedule. My family have been going to Dr Young and her team for many years. They are friendly, professional, supportive, and always willing to answer a lot of questions. Dr. Young is truly an amazing dentist that would only recommend necessary treatment and would never offer you anything that you don't necessarily need. My son have major cavity issue and because of the silver diamine fluoride treatment which have turned some of his teeth black so he was constantly being picked on by other kids at day care for having dark teeth. I brought up my concerns to Dr Young and she immediately offered to try to help and come up with treatment plan. As many parents may know dental work on an active 3 years old is not easy but Dr Young was very patience and made miracle happen. Dr. Young is awesome! She did so well on fixing my cavities and filled. When my previous dentist does my filling, it would fall off with in a year. She also very skilled in numbing the gum. Every time when Dr. Young numb my gum, I don't feel any pain when the needle poke through my gum. Dr. Chen is great as well. He did awesome job on my root canal.
