I was in pain for months. Now that I'm back, I'll never go anywhere else. Dr. Chen recently did a root canal and I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep--no pain, no swelling. It's about the people, how they treat you and, most importantly, how genuinely they care about you and your family. That said, I honestly can't say enough about Dr. Bryan Adams and every single person on his staff. Every single member of the staff is tremendously caring, personable, and incredibly generous with their time. You never feel rushed. You never feel like you're just another patient on the schedule. They know you, they remember you, they ask about your family, and they genuinely seem happy to see you. They don't just say they treat their patients like family, they actually do. And after being with them for years, that's exactly how we feel when we walk through their doors. Dr. Adams, in particular, is one of those rare people who reminds you that being exceptional at your profession and being an exceptional human being can go hand in hand. He is extraordinarily generous with his time and has always gone above and beyond. But what really tells you everything you need to know about the kind of person Dr. Adams is happened when I had my heart attack a few years back. He would regularly text me just to check in, ask how I was doing, and make sure I was okay. It obviously had absolutely nothing to do with dentistry or with me being his patient. He didn't have to do it at all. He did it because he genuinely cared. That is simply who he is. And I think what makes the practice even more special is that same genuine care is reflected throughout his entire office. That kind of culture doesn't happen by accident, and you simply don't find it very often anymore. To say that we are grateful to Dr. Adams and his entire team would be a drastic understatement. You can find great dentists. But finding a great dentist who is also an exceptional human being, surrounded by an entire team of genuinely kind, caring, and wonderful people, is something entirely different.
