They had me try the jeans on, asked how I wanted them hemmed, and even offered different heel heights so I could see how the length would look depending on my shoes. Since I was wearing flats that day, I went barefoot and stood on a pedestal while they pinned everything to my exact preference - it felt really personalized and thorough. Also, heaven forbid you do not wear your "cleaned" garments within 30 days, you are screwed if one of them has a stain that they did not clean properly. Everyone knows dry cleaning chemicals get out most if not all stains. Well, I have laundered my shirts and removed many stains they claimed to have been unable to treat. Also, one of my items was lost. I would suggest bringing someplace else if possible especially if you really care about an item.

I was in dire need of a laundromat (not too many on long island!) and stumbled onto this one…read more Bingo! Nice, friendly and extremely helpful worker there (sorry that I didn't get his name). Extremely clean; lots and lots of washers and dryers. While I was waiting for my clothes to finish washing, the worker came over to me and handed me 50 cents for the dryer - the first 16 minutes of drying is free! What a fantastic gesture! They also offer the first cup of soap for free but I opted to use my own. This was the most relaxed and peaceful experience at a laundromat! lol If I am ever in need of a laundromat again, I will definitely be coming back to this one! :D
