I was told that if my prescription had changed to come into WalMart within 30 days & they would change the lens. Since prescription was a few months old when I went to WalMart I made an appt with Dr. Segal & was given a thorough screening/exam and found that changes had occurred. I have never felt rushed by anyone there. I am patient b/c I am at a place where I know they all provide excellent care. Dr. Segal was very thorough as usual & concerned about the changes. He clearly tells me what he sees & I ask questions & get answers. Yes, it is a very busy office, but just like a restaurant if there are very few people every time one goes it causes one to wonder. Comprende vous? He referred me to a neuro-ophthalmologist and said this & more, "She is a distance, but very good." I responded that the distance does not matter as long as she is very good. I am so thankful for an excellent physician after having one who did not own up to what had occurred with surgery and wasting my time going to Emory's "eye clinic" far too long. As usual, I read the neurologist's reviews. I was concerned; and as often is the case, there were very good ones and very not-so-good ones. As I reviewed each review carefully, I noticed there were issues raised that should not have been regarded in evaluating the doctor or the practice. I called Dr. Wiener's office and Jane answered the phone. She was extremely nice, helpful, and even shared some other important information with me when I mentioned Medicare. There had been a few negative comments about Jane as well. I am looking forward to seeing Dr. Weiner in a couple of weeks.

Booking an appointment is quick and easy - they never seem too busy to accommodate their existing clients. The staff has always been welcoming and friendly to me. No problems with my insurance - ever. The eye professionals seem to be top notch. They run through the regimen of tests efficiently. The doctor listens carefully to any concerns I have and explains everything quite thoroughly. Contacts are ordered promptly if not in stock and usually arrive within a few days. They are either delivered to my home or the clinic for easy pick-up. Here is my favorite part - I can get in and out in no time. Seriously. It is SO EFFICIENT. I asked if they call, text, or email and the front desk receptionist guy said they text. Once they asked for my name to search me up, they confirmed my phone number and it was incorrect. Not even an apology from the guy and he just handed me my glasses. I wore my glasses and the prescription feels off. From my last eye glasses, everything magnified/was clearer but wearing these new ones didn't make that much of a difference without my glasses. I didn't bother to let them know as I was already irritated and decided to take my business elsewhere.

After reading countless stories of people who purchased lenses online that were different than…read moretheir prescriptions I knew I had to visit a local eyecare office. It was important that my kids received the exact same prescription lenses as written on their RX because they are needed for school. Fortunately, after searching around for hours I discovered Lilburn Family Eyecare and read the reviews about their Optician Troy Weber. I emailed him a few times, he provided prices and the estimated time of 2-3 weeks to receive the lenses, so I stopped by the office to see him. Troy was awesome, explained everything to me, and I provided him the frames, and later that evening I brought in my kids so he could take a measurement. This was a Friday, and because of after-school activities I was in a rush to get to their office before they closed, and I just missed it by like one minute, but he was still there and took the measurement. Troy sent off the glasses and surprisingly had them the very next week. Wow, that was fast. When I brought in my kids to pick up the glasses, Troy was speaking with a client and Dr. Amin went to get the glasses and made sure everything fit properly. Best of all, my kids love their new glasses, and they can SEE!!! Troy even recommended a product to use so that when my kids are in school wearing their mask and their glasses fog up, it prevents it (No Fog Cloth), and it really works. Optician Troy and Dr. Amin are outstanding and so is the front staff. If you are looking for a high-quality eye care center that handles everything, this is 1000% the place to visit. TIP: This office is located right next to the new Lilburn Police Department off Lawrenceville Hwy. You will see a bunch of brown brick office buildings.
