Paul said that he would call as soon as it was sold. I had to call him after a week because my truck was not on his web site. Then a week later because the info was wrong. Then 2 weeks after that to find out that he had sold it. He was only able to send me half of the money then and said I would have the rest in 2 weeks. 3 weeks later he sent half of the remainder. It then took another month to get the rest of it. He kept telling me that it would go out the "next day". I am very disappointed in their business practices and would not recommend them.

Anyway, with my word, they fought & put there necks out for me & with their word I drove away in a 2005 PT Cruiser. It's new to me & it runs extremely well! It definitely was NOT an overwhelming experience; The payments are surprisingly low, down payment was pocket change. After about 15 mins a teller asked if I'd mind if several customers who arrived after me could go ahead of me, since my business would take longer. I said I did mind that I had other errands and appointments for the day. She was visibly angry. Explained they were short staffed (frequent issue for this and she needed to pee. Nothing I had any control over. Then told me I should've called ahead to make sure they could help me. The day I need to call ahead to do business with a bank is the day I close my accout.
