I was so excited when this location opened up in Redwood City because Saratoga is a bit of a drive for me. The office itself is so peaceful and creates a nice welcoming environment as well. I've recently been lifting my eyebrows a lot, leading to a lot of fine lines in my forehead that I've been stressing about. I made an appointment with Helena, who listened to my concerns, evaluated how much my forehead was moving, and proceeded to give me botox painlessly and with no bruising. Went here to get an Ultherapy treatment and I was pretty nervous going into it because I heard about how painful it could be. But Nurse Helena Dai was so friendly and assured me that I would be ok. She talked to me during the treatment to take my mind off the pain and it was such a joy to talk to her. Overall, the treatment lasted about an hour (2 hours if you include the numbing). i have really bad wrinkles in my forehead whenever i lift my eyebrows and i am only 22.. it's been bothering me so much since it don't make me feel 22 at all. i went to Helena for a consultation and decided to get botox treatments from her. easy check in process and clean clinic. she looked at my wrinkles on my forehead, frown line and under eye. since it's my first getting botox, she recommended me to go with a small amount for a natural look. she was very gentle at applying with needle and also gave me tools to distract from any uncomfort. the applying process is about 20-30min and three days after that, girl lemme tell u about the magic-- my wrinkles are gone BUT I am still able to lift my eyebrows. given that i have a small forehead, i have been worried about looking like bling empire cast and not being able to lift eyebrows. she did it so great and precisely that it's not problem to lift and make facial expressions. love that. no swollen or uncomfort after treatment. 10/10. will come back. read more
