Both shareables were wonderful with the Bao Buns being especially delicious and quite a feast for the eyes too. I wish I could share a photo but my two guests quickly reached for their Bao Bun (there were three) before I could get my phone out. I definitely recommend them, especially for a table of three. Firefly was a real treat but you can expect to pay quite a bit more for the mains. I would give them five stars except for two things. One was that they were very slow with each dish. I know that good food takes longer to prepare but even with that in mind it was slow. Also the restaurant was not very busy for Sunday lunch (I think that it's more of a dinner place) but, the noise from one or two other tables was quite loud. The smoothies were just the thing for us on this hot 28° September day. They were thick and very flavourful. We decided to try some naan because they had several to choose from. It was okay but the naan we selected was pan fried and not as good as regular naan. Service was immediate and very friendly. The lady who took our order seemed genuinely pleased that we enjoyed our order. This is primarily food from India but you can also order traditional fast food, from hamburgers to onion rings. A little gem for Thai food in Devon!…read more Found this little place during our cancelation of floating at the Devon Voyageur Park. Our choice was fish and chips or Thai foods. I'm usually little bit skeptical when Asian restaurants mix their foods with western foods. I was a bit worried it's not gonna be too authentic. We took a chance to try since we love many different curries. Ordered Phanaeng (Panang) with Shrimp with level 10 spiciness and Tom Kha (Coconut Curry Soup) with Shrimp. At first, I was given a regular hot sauce that to me not spicy. So I requested for changing ground chilies that they added for their regular foods to enhance spice level. Surely freshly ground Thai chilli peppers were handed to me. Although, price is a bit higher compare to many Thai restaurants in Edmonton. We should think it's located in Devon not Edmonton so the food ingredients cost can be a bit higher. Overall, we were happy to have a late lunch that is matched our expectation.
