They dinged them up and said there's no way it was them because the head of their machine was plastic (cool, my wheels were out of the box for all of half an hour so it wasn't me either). -They didn't balance them -They didn't put tire pressure sensors in or mention it. Is the customer supposed to request a balance and sensors or do the shops recommend things like that?... I should have gone to discount tire like everyone else said but I wanted to support local business. Great initial response with scheduling and receiving a reasonable estimate for lift kit install and alignment for new wheels and tires (purchased separately). All one day installation went well overall. Only thing is they did not provide the original lug nuts for the original wheels and tires I chose to keep as they were still in good condition and will serves as great backup/alternative options for emergencies. After getting my timing belt and water pump changed there a few months ago, I finally had time to come around and change my oil, and I noticed that on the oil pan cover, they added a locknut underneath two bolts(that weren't there before I brought the car)and also drilled an unnecessary screw right next to it. Not only that, they did not put on the original factory bolts. The oil pan is usually very easy for me to take off. I usually come to this place cause they've done great jobs on my other cars here. Jesse and Louise are awesome people. But this is lazy workmanship and beyond me as to why they drilled an additional screw into the frame and would not put the original bolts onto the frame without informing me. Brought my 2015 Mazda6 here for front pads and rotors and an oil change. I was very happy with their mask enforcement - nobody got near me or in my car to drive it through the lot or test drive it without a mask on - if you do see someone without one, ask them to mask up! The job was done right and at 50% of the cost of even the cheaper Japanese mechanics on Miramar I take my car to at a significant savings - 50% of them, 25% of the dealer's quote. I'd recommend them - honest, well priced, family business, job done right. They bedded the pads/rotors on their test drive and took it for a decent ride to make sure everything was correct. I could see lube was applied. They showed me the old parts (though the new rotors were obvious just from looking at them). Happy to support this small family business. read more

They have done my alignment multiple times on jeep. Every time I changed my suspension on my jeep or after a hard trail I take it back to have a good alignment on it. The only drawback is that they are always backed up. Appointments are usually 10 days out. read more

Searching for tires? GIVE JESSE A CALL!! I recently had some work done on my car and my mechanic identified 3 of my tires having uneven inner wear. They needed to be replaced and aligned ASAP for safety reasons. I called my go-to tire spot in Mira Mesa and I was pretty much set on driving up there the next day to get new tires. But thanks to Yelp, Beyer Supreme Tires popped up on my search with plenty of raving reviews. So I wanted to give them a shot. I called and spoke with Jesse who not only gave me a better price than anyone I called, but his shop also does a 4 wheel alignment with the purchase of 4 tires! I told Jesse I would be in the next day to get it done. Jesse was courteous, professional and a really cool guy to chat with! I mentioned that one of my TPMS sensors went bad and that a local shop quoted me $280 for the part and installation. Let's just say Jesse offered the same part for A WHOLE LOT less! For 4 new tires: mounted and balanced, a 4 wheel alignment and a new TPMS sensor: installed and programmed, I was saving a lot of money. And it was all done in one shop! Thanks for everything Jesse!
