I really enjoyed the hamburger pizza no complaints from me. This is what a had from the dish.

So. Here's the deal. This is a truck stop diner. Nothing Indian about it. I've stopped here for years and the food has steadily declined year after year. It was at one time an awesome place to stop and eat but the big chain truckstops changed this. Now the food isn't that bad and the prices are middle of the road. The salad bar and soup are all very filling with the soups being the stellar standout. I've had a little bit of everything but tonight I had the catfish special for $8 and besides it being a greasy spoon special it was decent. Two big fillets, fries , hush puppies and slaw. The BBq chicken plate is the best deal on the menu. Service is good and remember this is Hicksville and the waitress are matter of fact.

The breakfast "TRUCKERS SPECIAL", was good, but the Brisket was dry and unappealing. The beans & potato salad were the only thing that saved it. The salad bar was sad, lettuce was browning and other items less than ideal. Not the restaurant I remembered, used to be much better.

Came here for a bite and to rest after the turnpike. Ordered a 1/4 lb. Chief Burger and the Trucker Special. Nothing special, but filling. Open 24 hours.

Hem and cheese omelette with has browns and toast.

The chopped brisket was delicious with good texture and not too fatty, Pulled Pork, had texture but still tender and juicy with a nice skin on it! The Chicken tender brined and smokes, very tender and juicy. The Ribs had a delicious dry rub and were just at fall off the bone, not over tender at all. The ham was good but the least standout, as well as the sausage were all cooked to perfection, crispy skin and so tenderly cooked. The Slaw was a vinegar slaw that was a little heavy on the onion and celery seed, while the Baked Beans were sweet and tangy, some ketchup and mustard and I'm guessing but I taster Tamarind, delicious . The Potato Salad was absolutely lovely! ~ tasted like a mayo and mustard dressing with egg yokes? , dill pickle chunks and dill... reminded me of a deviled egg potato salad ~ WoW again. I eat BBQ all over the country pretty regularly and they was one of my Top Stops in a long while! ~ Great Job SmOkies! All the staff was very hospitable and the meal went off without a hitch, our waitress Megan was fabulous and stayed on top of everything. My wife and my favorite sauce was the Sa-Mokin' While we generally used very little as the meats spoke for themselves. 5 StarZ All The Way!

By the time we left, it was about 75% full. Our waiter was Jayme and he did a fantastic job. On a couple of occasions, my mother-in-law requested some different things. Jamie was very patient, listen tentatively, and got the things that she wanted. My brother-in-law has certain allergies that he needs to be aware of. Jayme sat down with him and showed him the menu and made recommendations that would accommodate his needs. When the food arrived, it was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Thanks Smoke for hiring the right people.. We will be back real soon! And will be asking for Jayme's section.

We decided to eat out late in the day but they were able to accommodate our large group with no issues. I also noticed they seated other diners away from us as we were a little louder than the typical table. Well thought out by their staff. The food was amazing. I ordered the chicken pasta with Cajun cream sauce and devoured it! Also ordered the crispy brussel sprouts and they were among the best I've ever had. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the staff was very attentive through the 2hrs we were there. Service was friendly, professional, and fast. We just sat and talked a little while before ordering and then after eating as well.

The first time I got The BBQue Melt with chopped brisket and although messy, it was one of the top three sandwiches I have ever had. This time I had the Hot Cheetoh Burrito with chopped brisket and was again impressed. This was a little bit out of my normal wheelhouse, but strangely the flavors paired together well. The amount of food you get is astonishing and was all I could do to finish it. The building is centrally located behind mother road market. Parking can be difficult during peak times and coupled with a very small dining room of only three tables your best bet is to use the drive thru. They are also open for breakfast and have been wanting to try that as well. This is obviously not the healthiest of foods, but they fill a niche of combining fusion foods and making them irresistible. Keep it up, I will definitely be back.

We started in 1987 and founded the Art of BBQ, the former fundraiser for Tulsa's Arts and Humanities Council, as well as the Bixby Blues 'n BBQ competition. Over the years we won MULTITUDES of awards, with our biggest claim that our baked beans took second in the world at the KC Royal. We manufactured and marketed three award-winning sauces and a dry rub. Case made?? Good, keep going please! I accidentally found Luke's a few years back and now I'll drive to Coweta from Tulsa for lunch as it's THAT GOOD!! It's honestly some of the best BBQ I've ever eaten. I went last week for lunch and got my usual, sliced brisket and pulled pork. Both were incredible, but the pork was AMAZING, something that usually doesn't impress me. I can get a butt nice and juicy, but NOTHING like Luke's!!! Not sure if they brine, inject, or what they do?? The meat is soaked with delicious juices and you can tell that it's inside, not just added if that makes sense. The brisket came off the point, which is not what I typically prefer, but it too was incredible. Go early, burnt ends seem to sell out first. Great portions, I always bring home leftovers. I'll TRY not to dive in to my plate and get some pics next time; can't promise tho...

It had a good bark, smoke ring, was tender and had great flavor. The portion size was healthy, too. The okra was average, but the portion size was plentiful. The beans were very good, but sweeter than I prefer. My wife had the beef ribs which were the best outside Kansas City I've tasted. She did not care for the mac and cheese but liked the smoke flavor the the white cheese they used. Order at the counter and they bring the food to you. It is a tiny mom and pop place so be there by 10:30 to avoid a line that steadily grows until opening. Lukes reminds me of some of the best small, local BBQ joints you find all over Texas. I hope to get back here when I'm in the Tulsa area.
