On the day of the party, she called me multiple times for help with directions, which added stress to an already busy day. She also forgot an item and had to make a trip to the store, resulting in her arriving about 30 minutes late. We had specifically hired her for face painting, but all of the designs were done using stencils rather than hand-painted artwork, which was not what I was expecting. Because the process seemed to take a while, the line remained long throughout the event, and some children did not get the opportunity to have their faces painted before she left. Another thing that stood out was that she didn't say goodbye or let us know she was leaving; she seemed to quietly pack up and leave, which felt a little unprofessional. On a positive note, I did observe her interacting with the children, and she was very kind, patient, and friendly with them. The kids appeared comfortable around her, and I appreciated the warm way she spoke to them. Overall, while she was pleasant with the children, the lateness, communication issues, and service provided did not fully meet my expectations for the event.

Late delivery + communication issues, but the delivery crew was great…read more I used Rental Avenue for furniture rentals for an event and spent around $7,000. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly stressful due to logistics and communication. The delivery showed up about 6 hours late, which completely threw off our setup timeline. Because they were so behind, I ended up having to stay at the property until 10:00 PM just to get everything placed and ready. To make matters worse, communication with the office was really difficult -- at one point, we had to have the delivery guys call the office repeatedly just to get someone on the phone and get direction/answers. That should never be on the customer (or the crew) to chase down. I'll say this: the delivery guys were honestly great. They were professional, kind, and clearly doing their best under the circumstances. We also ran into an issue with the table/chair heights. I ordered tall chairs, but I had selected shorter cocktail tables. They did help fix the issue, which I appreciate -- but the way it was handled made me feel like I was being scolded for it. When you're spending thousands and already dealing with a massively late delivery, the last thing you need is attitude. A simple "no worries, we'll get it sorted" would have gone a long way. Overall: great delivery crew, but the late delivery, hard-to-reach office, and the tone when resolving the setup issue made this a frustrating experience. I really wanted this to be a smooth, professional rental process, but it wasn't. I would not recommend.

The floral arrangements that were produced by my favorite floral designer Cat were nothing short of creative and brilliant. There were these particular flowers in the arrangement that resembled sea anemones (forget the name,) those were definitely my favorite. Pictures to be posted. The bosses loved them and it was heartwarming to see them take the arrangements home to show their families because they were JUST that beautiful. If you're looking for something that isn't generic or mainstream in the floral realm, then you've come to the right place. Thank you for providing top notch service and leaving your customers smiling with satisfaction. :) Beloved Blooms is also working on an upcoming Bridal Shower for my girlfriend this month.
