Rudest and most condescending staff I've ever dealt with. I've been lectured at least four different times ranging from returning my coach too close to 7:00 p.m. and that I would be charged a dollar per minute if I was there after 7:00 p.m., to the latest where I was accused of working on my coach which is not permitted. I was cleaning it out, reorganizing bins and lining inside shelves. Where else can I do that? You would have though I was overhauling the engine and spilling oil all over the place judging by his rude and accusatory behavior. He then had the nerve to tell me not to get upset. The amusing thing to me is the guy a couple of spaces from me has actually been working on his engine for weeks, but, apparently that is okay. They could all use a serious lesson in customer service! With all of the rules in place one would expect some high-end storage facility but instead it looks like a junk yard inside with beat up old cars and trailers that haven't moved in years. The place is filthy. They have also recently started grading the vacant lot adjacent to my space in preparation for expansion. During the last visit I had to close my coach door because of the dust from the tractors. You would have thought they would have notified their customers that construction work was about to begin. Of course, they are exempt from their own rules. That way, if your coach is damaged, they can deny, deny. Their storage prices are also the most expensive in town. Get a life. read more

As a well-seasoned toy hauler owner, we have come across several storage facilities for our rig. By far, Cherry & Carson RV storage have been most helpful, professional, and personable we've come across in the 10 years we've owned recreational vehicles. From the first call to moving our 40-foot toy hauler in, both Anthony and Patrick were both very pleasant and very thorough. In the short time we signed up our vehicle, I observed Patrick acknowledge and greet several patrons by first name. He treated everyone with a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and respect for your business - something that I have found lacking in most RV storage facilities. The facilities are clean, well managed, organized and monitored. As an added bonus, they have an area where you can wash your rig as well as a compressor to fill your tires. All this with - with very competitive rates! What I liked most was that they were genuinely concerned about the safety of your rig. They made sure that you can navigate and park it safely in your designated spot before you reserve and pay for your spot. They understand the value and importance of having the peace of mind that your investment safe and parking/storing it is stress free. Keep up the good work. read more

Let me start by saying that this is the first time that I've ever felt compelled to review anything online, let alone on Yelp. That being said, these guys deserve the praise. I needed a place to stash my event trailer (30') for two weeks in Long Beach(I'm based in Detroit), and found Cherry & Carson on Yelp. I could not have been happier with the service that Rafael and Steven(especially) provided. Rolling into town at rush hour was not part of my plan, but Steven made sure that I was able to park my rig that evening, putting my LA traffic induced stress at ease, and allowing me to make a flight early the next morning. Upon my return, I found my equipment in the same condition I left it. The prices are affordable, and the lot is secure and easy to navigate. As you could probably guess, I'll be using Cherry & Carson whenever I need a spot in Long Beach, as well as recommending it to anyone in the area. I found Cherry Carson RV storage via drive by. First meeting for prices i met Anthony. I thought he was a manager because he very calmly looked at my needs and asked questions and put together a plan and unit based on what i needed and what I had planned for the future during my down sizing of business. This guy was attentive and never seemed to get excited as in "pushy or upselling" but by the time we finished covering everything i needed, I rented. He did not push to close, he made me very comfortable about renting. Great attitude. Helpful. Should be a manager for sure. I have been here for almost a year. Rented multiple units over the time and closed some. Anthony is for sure the only one that i feel comfortable dealing with. All others are perfectly polite and offer to help. Staff use to be good and gave good customer service. In the past two months new employees seem to be more interested in talking on their phones in the back of property. So if you see the office closed look back. They hired a very rude girl that when you ask her a question she either ignores you or doesn't know the answer. She also locks the restroom in the evenings so she doesn't have to clean it. I asked this woman if someone was in the restroom and she says no I keep it locked about an hour before we closed. I had to beg her to unlock it for me. There are other employees on the weekend that if you need help they do not want to leave the office and will argue over the issue. read more

Can be a quality storage facility in a central location close to groceries, gas and propane. Easy to hitch up and head out and grab necessities. My toy hauler was almost stolen from here. row N needs an active camera just like all the other rows. they did offer me to move spots so that surveillance wouldn't be an issue. Hoping row N gets a surveillance camera resolution because we all pay for that regardless of if I move or not. I've noticed that people come in after someone buzzes in. I haven't had an issue up until recently. Maybe having a security guard at the gate making sure everyone buzzes in and out one person at a time would solve theft issues. read more

I came to check on my trailer here at the cherry RV storage. Everything looks great I just had to talk with Nathan about people over the line in the spots. I like the RV storage here because they keep the place clean and Secure. I also like that when you have a problem you can let one of the staff know and they are on it right away. I can also say that all the staff here at the office are very friendly and the a here when you have any questions. If I could give this horrible place minus 100 I would. I am 90 years old and have stage 4 cancer and these crooks just evicted me. For what? For there employee threatening me and saying he's going to have me killed by MB. I didn't even say anything to this man or anyone. My goddaughter came to my rescue because she doesn't let anyone be rude to me. Now amidst c-19 they are trying to kick me out. We have two Class B Motorhomes which we store here at Cherry-Carson. I will tell you it is a very well managed facility. Clean, convenient with the dump station and washing facility on premises. The front office staff (particularly Daniel and Katie) are always really helpful. The acess to the restroom has been sdenied 'AGAIN ' possibly becsuse of Covid concerns and I can relate to that to a degree but being cautious and paranoid is two different topics. Most reasonable and responsible people are not going to create a dangerous environment for themselves or others. We pay way to much rental and late fees to trash or not behave in a safe manner and be considerate of others in my opinion. read more

Great place--it's very affordable and there's lots of security cameras everywhere. It's also quiet. You can pay up til the 10th without any late fees, which is what really sells me on this business. Weekday staff are very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. I would give it five stars if not for the weekend employee who was very unfriendly, rude and unprofessional with me on two occasions. read more

I live in Manhattan Beach and a neighbor recommended Cherry-Carson RV Storage to me. I knew I wanted to store my RV there as soon as I saw the place. It is spacious and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is a dump station and two wash stations right on the premises. It is easy to enter and exit the facility, even if towing a trailer. I would recommend this facility to anyone. read more

I have been renting from Carson Cherry RV Storage for almost 20 years started with a car space and have grown to an 11'X55' for the RV & Trailer, I have had that space since 2000, and in all that time not once have I ever had ANY problems with entry, or Security. it is a big plus to have the wash stations and sewage dump at the storage lot. I have been using Cherrycsrson RV Storage since I got my travel trailer a year ago. The facility is very well maintained and the security hight good. Their rule is very strict, but it woks very positively for the tenants. The staffs are very polite. It has its own dump station, which is very helpful when we come back from travel.
