I couldn't imagine a greater pediatrician. The entire staff is kind, attentive & has been truly amazing overall. I'm so glad we found them!

He communicated very well and agreed that a referral to a previous surgeon would work, He also referred me to Health imaging for an exhaustive, i am very pleased with all of the staff at this group and would so recommend.

WORST PHYSICAL EXAM EVER WITH DR. MAHONEY! BEWARE: COMMONSPIRIT RECORDS YOUR VISITS WITHOUT…read moreDISCLOSURE OR PATIENT CONSENT, CHARGES RANDOM, UNDISCLOSED FEES (I.E., INSURANCE FRAUD, IMO), AND DOUBLES-DOWN ON WRONGDOING INSTEAD OF RESOLVING ISSUES. JUST ANOTHER INCOMPETENT AND GREEDY ENTITY, IMO. I booked an appointment for a wellness exam with Dr. Mahoney. My blood pressure/height/weight were recorded by a nurse. Dr. Mahoney came in and appeared to be jacked up on something (he kept rubbing his nose and was hyperactive). He made my weight an issue so I explained I am small-boned due to my family's build and ethnicity. Despite this, he continued to harp on it. He counted this as a "topic discussed" and billed me extra for it. Dr. Mahoney "listened" to my heartbeat" while talking incessantly about how his mother-in-law takes testosterone which makes women aggressive. I did not ask about testosterone nor do I have any interest in it so I found it strange that he talked about it for a long time. I asked about HRT to prevent bone loss. He counted all of this as a "topic discussed" and billed me extra for it. Dr. Mahoney told me that he cleaned another patient's ear out ("the son of a cardiologist") and made him bleed so that patient was annoyed with him. (I don't blame this patient for being annoyed for the harm caused and I also feel the same way after my horrible exam with Dr. Mahoney.) I was not in a gown and other than checking my ears while telling a story about another patient he HARMED, and talking about testosterone while listening to my heart, nothing else was done. In addition, Dr. Mahoney forgot to submit paperwork for a requested test. When I received a questionnaire about my experience, I left honest feedback. I also received a bill from Common Spirit with a new patient fee for $165 to "establish care" that my insurance will not cover. Since I am not going to return to this practice due to gross incompetence, negligence, and unprofessionalism, I reached out to their Patient Representative, Keani. I received two very troubling letters from CommonSpirit. In one, the $165 fee is now being called a fee to cover "too many topics discussed beyond the scope of a regular annual exam." They also state the doctor used "ambient scribing" to record the entire appointment. This is illegal as it was not disclosed and I did not provide consent. HOWEVER, I hope to use it in court to demonstrate everything I describe above. Please also note that CommonSpirit only seems to allow 5-star reviews of their doctors on their website which IMO is misleading and unethical. Shame on this medical practice and facility. I have filed a formal complaints with DORA (medical and insurance divisions) and other government agencies (sadly, DORA does nothin. I am not paying an extra fee for this horrendous physical exam. They billed my insurance company over $850...and they want $165 from me. They got enough for the worst physical I ever experienced in my 56 years!

No email, no phone call, no contact through either of their "online" portal systems. Sent me to collections for $60 without ever contacting me or my wife. I've never been sent to collections before in my life and since my credit doesn't matter anymore, I will not be paying it. I think they should be sued for turning people over to collections without notification, especially when they take my credit card every time I walk in the door! So it's my fault you charged my credit card, but not for the correct amount? I will never be going back and based on all the stellar 1* reviews here, I've learned my lesson to now check first. *FYI: if anyone is planning on suing and wants to it to be a class action, feel free to contact me.

Instead of even looking at the symptoms I was having, they decided to draw a bunch of blood from me. Too much it seems because I ended up fainting. They should know that you're can't take that much blood at once. Long story short, I go in complaining about ringing in my ears, and based on my blood tests, the doctor wanted to prescribe me topical steroids because my T-levels were supposedly low. Don't know what that has to do with my T-levels, but I know that cortisol/adrenal fatigue which I suffer from has a lot to do with that, so even though the doctor didn't even address my original concern, I asked him if from the liter of blood he took, they had tested my cortisol levels. Answer: No. This place is an absolute joke. Don't go here.
