I made an appointment over the phone and verified it online and when I got to my appointment at 7:30 AM they told me that I didn't make my appointment or that nothing was made they even denied having any appointment on my account, The lady at the front desk was very rude to me and told me that I was probably making up the appointment why does anybody want to be anywhere at 7:30 AM on Saturday unless they absolutely had to for an appointment. I returned to my car and called the "The Rainbow location "to reschedule because "the lady in the Henderson location" was being rude and ""The lady in the Henderson location picked up the phone and told me that she will take my name in my information and she will give it to the manager"" I'm sure she's not going to do that so I'll just write this review . read more

I've been coming here for quite sometime now. It's a hit or miss. Prices have gone up but Lash quality has stayed the same. After three days you almost always have to come back from how much it's fallen. ( even if you stay away from the water for 48 hrs) Also they're Understaffed. There's only a couple of girls who do a good job there. One of them being Lisa. She's professional, friendly and will work with the type of look you're going for. They don't have a manicurist anymore so you can't get your nails done at the same time you're doing your lashes even though it offers that on the web site as one of your earned perks. The only way to save here is if you do the monthly membership. Ive had many of my appointments get booked on the wrong dates, have gotten charged extra on appointments I didn't schedule and they ALWAYS forget to add the correct points including the ones at check out when booking your next appointment so please be mindful of that. (Hopefully they add these points they offer for leaving a review) Thankfully there's a good staff member who helps me resolve these type of issues. However, I would prefer not to go through these kind of inconveniences in the first place. read more

The atmosphere is wonderful. I've been here twice. I don't care for the lashes they use. I was told my lashes are 95% covered, but they didn't look full like the last place I went to. There are many different lash types out there. I like how this place did free lash consults and tested the glue on my eyes to see if I would have a reaction. They have two types of sensitive glue they use. I had no reaction and my eyes were not burning or red the next day. However, I felt like the lashes fell off quickly anew within 16 day's I was back for a $99 fill. This is a little too expensive for me, so I'm going to keep searching for the right place. read more

I was offered something to drink upon arrival and my technician was ready for me as soon as I finished the paperwork. She lead me to a reclining, cushy leather chair with a weighted blanket. I have been going to Cherry for over a year. Both locations are very clean. I have been always warmly greeted by front area staff, who do a great job of juggling the next appointments, phones, scheduling, and payments from completed appointments. They even offer to test out their lashes on you to see if you are compatible before doing a full set. Syretta is my Lash Master. She is extremely talented and I always receive compliments on my lashes. She thoroughly explains the different options, pricing, and best practices to taking care of my lashes. My lashes have always looked amazing after an appointment with her. Even when I have came into the appointment with hardly any lashes due to rubbing my face into the pillow while sleeping, still I leave with a full beautiful set of lashes. read more

I made a consultation appointment online for 6 pm, got to the place at 5:50 pm. The host told me that they have moved my appointment for 6:30 instead so I'm like "okay that's fine I can just fill out the consent paper".. 6:30 pm comes and no one has called my name, so I waited till 6:45 and came up to the host just confirming the appointment is at 6:30 and she goes "Oh I'm sorry but all the artist got booked but I can give you a consultation now if you want".. I wasted 45 minutes of my time waiting for nothing!!! It really would've been fine if she told me that 20 minutes after I got there, I'll have no problem and won't complain. But 45 minutes is a long time when a consultation just takes 20 minutes . One more irritating issue is that if I didn't come up to her asking about my appointment time, I would've been waiting there longer. It's just rude and inconvenient. read more

I called cherry lash lounge to have my lashes removed after one day of having them, (they were put on by someone else). I had some type of reaction to the glue/having the lash extensions to close to my eyelids. Any way I woke up with my eye almost swollen shut. The master lash artist took over an hour painstakingly removing all the lashes. My eyes felt so much better when she was done. I'm waiting till all the swelling subsidies then I'm going to get a new set of lashes from cherry lash lounge. Everyone there was great! read more

Stop!!!! Proceed at your own risk!! Don't be fooled by the pictures and reviews. These guys have an amazing marketing campaign and fabulous PR Dept. I was sucked in by their professed knowledge of lashes, great pictures and yelp audience. This is certainly one of the few times yelp has not delivered. I'm sure at one time their lashes lasted a good amount of time but not now. If you scroll down to the other 1 & 2 star reviews you'll see I'm not the only one. This had to be the worst $90 ($79 Refill and $11tip) I've ever spent on myself. I went in for a Plan B Refill (2hours) with only a small amount of lashes left. I was told that since the lashes were a bit thick, they would need to be removed. Removal takes 30 mins and of course takes away from your lash time. This was a bit irritating since I only had a few lashes left but okay. The procedure itself was comfortable and the artist was gentle but S L O W. I had a total of 1.5 hours of lash time and when finished I was given the aftercare instructions and handed a mirror to check the work. I wasn't really thrilled with it. Wasn't horribly disappointed but wasn't happy either. It was super thin and only had a small amount of lashes applied. I was advised that due to the time frame what I got was equivalent to the flirty lash set (50% volume) and if I wanted them thicker to go with a fill-plus next time and go with featherize lashes. Obviously more $$. A lot more $$. Paid and tipped at the register and scheduled my next appt for a fill-plus in 3 weeks. So my lashes lasted a grand total of 4 days. Four. Days. Really?!?! At the 4 day mark I had large gaps in the lash line and approximately 50% of the lashes had fallen out (leaving me with 25% coverage) Called them and explained the situation and they booked me for a Complimentary Fallout Adjustment for the next day. At the appt I asked her if all Plan B refills were always so thin and she said it really all depends on several factors - amount of your actual lashes, if you had an apprentice, and if they had to do a removal. Upon inspecting my lashes she was actually really surprised at how sparse they were and that I had a good amount of my own lashes they could work with. She then asked if I requested an apprentice and I said no. She told me that this was only a 30 min session and she would do her best to fill in the gaps. At that point I felt really cheated from my first session! Then she gave me the same speech I got the first time on getting a fill-plus and upgrading to featherize lashes. It is now 6 days after the Adjustment and my lashes are GONE. Less than 25% left. Their work is appalling and I just don't get it. Oh wait, I do. They want you to upgrade everything. Fill plus and featherize. Classic set will get you flirty look which is only about 40-50% coverage. Ridiculous. Calling them in the morning to see if they will fix this again. read more

I just moved and now go to Henderson location. Alyssa is amazing, she always remembers my style and never disappoints! I'm so glad there's one by my new house and my fav artist is there! She's personable, professional and consistent which is a must for me especially when spending so much! The only thing that would make it better is a nice rewards package such as 10 fills get the 11th free! Or at least $25 off to make it extra sweet for regulars and an incentive to come more often. The prices are just too high here to continue getting volume mega fills. At 1 point I was paying as much for a month for my lashes as I was 4 my house payment. The Prices just kept increasing and increasing as they added volume and then mega lashes. I'm just not OK with paying that much for even the best lashes. I went in and used an apprentice. She was sweet & very nice, but this was my first time booking and I also booked both my daughters. I was talked into not getting the longer lashes and both my daughters got the longer ones and they looked better. Anyhow, no biggie... but a week later, all three of us barely have lashes left. They're sparse - mind u, one of my daughters is a makeup artist so they both know how to take care of them and so do I. After I left cherry, we went to lunch and when I looked on the table I was already losing a ton of lashes on the table after 30 minutes! The next day I went back and asked was that normal. Place is nice and clean but the service hasn't been the best, my lashes fall out way to fast, I had to book 4 days later just to get it filled in again on how fast they fell out and only 3 days later those fell off as well. If I could give a half star, I would. I had an appointment with an apprentice to save some money - yes, you get what you pay for! My appointment took almost 4 hours and my lashes were periodically "lash checked" by who I assumed was a more experienced lash artist. When I left, my lashes were hardly covered and not the length or curl I wanted. Less than 2 days later, half of what was there had fallen out. At 3 days, I sent an email through their website to voice my complaint and request either a refund or someone more experienced to fix my botched lashed. Still waiting for a response..... I've been coming to Cherry Lash at least over 5 years. And today is the day I part ways. They now charge loyal clients and additional $20 weekend fee. Are you serious??!!! Mind you, there were NO advanced notice that this was there new company policy. Ridiculous and completely unacceptable. So basically you are told you have an additional charge after your appointment has been completed. Nothing mentioned prior to your appointment. I got a classic set and was really disappointed that my eyelashes were already falling off the next day & pretty much felt like I had none & was actually getting very very crusty itchy eyes when waking up not sure if they maintain a clean environment but very unacceptable..I've had them done somewhere else where none of that happened.
