You never once asked how we liked anything, until you recognized my name, while attempting to capture payment for the FOURTH time. Not to improve it but, just as you did in this reply, as an accusation: "Why'd you come back if I you didn't like it?" There was no time at all spent "trying to address MY concerns." You dismissed my complaint and invoked my responsibility to "support small businesses", while still demanding that I give you cash (which is, in fact, an untraceable payment method), and running my card repeatedly, right in front of several "NO REFUNDS" signs.
