Lovely servers but a BIG problem. Clientele are usin these people for free samples and buying Nothing! They take the sample cups and keep going back and forth with their tiny USED sample cup going from each flavor to the next. The owner should stop samples or have the servers offer it. The yogurt is delicious but the past 4 times i've gone there i've checked their website and google page to see their hours, seen that they're "open" just to arrive and have it be closed. I came here with a couple of friends tonight and it was great! I love the interior decoration, it's super modern and it makes the place look great! There are a lot of selections to choose from in both froyo flavors as well as toppings and syrups. I decided to try the nutella flavored fray and it was like I died and went to heaven! It was perfect! It wasn't overly sweet and I could taste the strong hazelnut flavor. So if you're around the area and are a nutella fan, you should definitely stop by and try it out! read more

Oh my god the yogurt here was amazing. I have been to many frozen yogurt places and this has got to be the most uniquely decorated one . I love how they made it into something architectural. The choices of yogurt are expansive they have everything. I was glad they had a huge variety of toppings. I spent about 7 something on mine and was very satisfied. I worked here for three months and it was a horrible job. The people working there are rude, angry and not understanding. The owner spies on workers 24/7 through hidden cameras to make sure no one eats the product and to make sure the place is clean. The way she does it is honestly cruel: when there's a huge line of customers you are trying to deal with, she will call the cherry tree phones and get furious if you don't answer just to make some petty complaint such as "There are oreo crumbs on the table" The managers and owners really abuse the workers. The pay is very very low and they are always finding ways to justify underpaying their workers. For example, when I first started working there, I didn't know I had to document my hours so I didn't so they didn't pay me for it. The food is honestly not bad but I don't think you can trust it being sanitary. I would often see pieces of food on utensils and when I insisted on recleaning it, often, a manager or coworker would say that it was a waste of time. If you have allergies- don't go here!! There is an insane level of cross contamination. Workers receive virtually no training and learn nothing about allergies before they are on the clock. read more

I used to like coming here until one day I was taking a picture of the sign on the inside of the store and an employee came up to me and told me I wasn't allowed to take pictures in the store. I asked why and she said that the owner doesn't allow pictures because he's afraid other people will "steal his ideas." (Not like there's any novel ideas to steal in this place). Not only did this make us feel really uncomfortable but it was just so weird that I never went back. I should mention that I was going to post the photos I took to social media- guess this owner spent understand marketing in the 21st century. Big loss. For all of you frozen yogurt enthusiasts, I would say that as far as flavor variety goes and quality of toppings this is among the best places I have been (and I have been to quite a few in this area!) The only problem I have with this place is the little change of height between the counter and the door. I trip/get stuck on that frigging thing almost every time I am there and I look like an idiot. Best froyo I've had. Solid selection of flavors and they continuously add more. The quality of the froyo is great. It's creamy and has really good consistency. The selection of toppings is very good and they have plenty of sauces. I wish they had shaved almonds on a consistent basis and their prices are a bit high. Froyo in general has gotten really expensive lately, so this isn't so much of a knock on Cherry Tree. Two froyos shouldn't cost $15! Ridiculous. read more

Only thing I can complain about is the girls working in the front goofing off and alwayssss have friends and family members who are really loud and obnoxious and broke things the last time I was there. They don't speak English well and it is very hard to communicate exactly what I wanted. During the autumn season, I indulge in the Pumpkin Pie flavor, which is nearly identical to the real pie. Next, the Sea Salt Caramel Pretzel flavor is my sweet tooth fix and a compulsive buy anytime I go to Cherry Tree. As of this week, I sampled and mixed in newer flavors like Toasted Marshmallow, Cinnamon Bun, and Graham Cracker. All of the flavors were incredible and satisfying! Frozen yogurt may be more on the pricy side, but it's an occasional treat to enjoy. read more

This frozen yogurt place is a really fun fro yo store. It is super colorful with funky chairs outside and inside with fun spoons as well. The ice cream flavors and toppings were typical 16 handles esque but it was nice to cool off with some yummy ice cream. Hey BR take the ice cream cone out of your butt and stay out of our hood and in jersey with the rest of the trash. With that said, yogurt is pretty good. Took my niece and nephews there recently.
