Place is clean & staff is wearing masks & hand sanitizer is available even if you don't stay there for long but it's nice of them to do that especially with the virus. Horrible service, the lady helping me told me they were charging 11 dollars for both an icecream and a milkshake and we paid. They forgot my milkshake and I asked another woman working there after 10 minutes where my milkshake was and she said she forgot. Afterwords My friend asked for a bag of chips and they came back with a completely different one, when asked to correct this the women in the back were laughing and making fun while we were waiting for the right bag. The second lady told us it was 20 dollars, i asked how it was 20 dollars when we only got a bag of chips and they claimed we never paid for the milkshake. The second lady was rude and laughed in our faces. They realized that they never charged us for the milkshake even though the lady claimed she had forgotten about it earlier. The bars are ~$2.50, I think, and if you order 10, you get 1 free (I have a big family and these store well :) You can have them dip any bar in chocolate that solidifies, but I would pass on it, as the chocolate is kind of bland... Our favorites are pistachio, mango, coffee, coconut, made with real ingredients and are super fresh-tasting (I believe they're made on premises). At $2.50 a pop it's a yummy and relatively pocket-friendly treat. We've gotten some fried pinwheel snacks here which were fine and the horchata, which tends to be watery; wondering if they offer any other savory snacks? There's nothing indicating it in the store and some of their employees speak very little english, so it can be hard to communicate. One gripe we do have is that this place is annoyingly tough to find going down Mamaroneck Ave. The outside signage is terrible and so easy to overlook. There is so much to love about this shop. It is less crowded than the original Port Chester store, and there are ample seats. Also, the scooped ice cream is delicious. I seriously recommend a cup that is half coffee, half Oreo. The coffee is very strong, and the Oreo is perfectly creamy. You will not be disappointed. Another thing I love is that the store offers chocolate covered bananas. They are perfect! The paletas are also nice; I do warn you that the habanero mango is very sweet and very spicy. I only deduct one start because the store is basically run by teenagers. They are totally friendly and nice, however, there is no real order to the way they help customers.
