Polish plate, pierogies, potato pancake, kielbasa, sautéed onions with applesauce and sour cream. $7
    Linda C.

Needed some polish food this am and this is the perfect spot. I usually stop and grab an iced coffee before. We ordered and it took about 10-15 minutes, which I don't understand why it always takes long. Got our food and sat at a pretty dirty table, but I scarfed down my plate. Enjoy!

Polish food at its finest? Hm... I don't know about that but the pierogies are pretty good. I lived in Ukraine for 2 years and ate my fair share of varenyky (the same thing as pierogies)- a lil dumpling stuffed with a variety of things (potatoes, liver, cheese, cabbage, etc). I was ready for a potato pancake and some pierogs. $4 for each. I was a little shocked at how much oil arrived on my plate with the pierogs (theirs are stuffed with potato and cheese). It was almost pierogs were swimming in the oil. Kinda gross, but it didn't stop me from destroying them. I believe I got about 7-8 lil dumplins. The potato pancakes were tasty and served with sour cream and applesauce. This is a nice alternative for a snack at the public market.

Delicious fresh food, especially the potato pancakes. The polish plate is amazing. I go everytime I am at the market!

Always friendly staff and great food in a relaxing dining area. If the weather is nice, it's also great to sit outside on their patio. They have specials that are really good. They also have ice cream imported from Maine, which is very very good. Give this place a try if you're in town.

Place has a little bit of the tacky love nest romance vibe. There's only one cup of chocolate mousse left that I was eyeing up before I even started dinner and luckily my server thought to ask if I wanted to put aside for me! I did. Ugh. I don't eat that crap anymore! So I got an Italian wedding kinda soup. Was pretty good. They give you Some bread with it. That was average. I hit the beet salad with chicken. That was pretty weak. Chicken was over cooked. Just not a very appealing salad. The chocolate mousse cup was good. I think that's probably where they shine. Desert. You come in and they ask you dinner or dessert. They push the dessert hard at this place. So anyway, before all this, I was sitting in my bed in the hotel, thinking I was just gonna go to sleep but then I saw this place and wanted to try something new. If I could do it all over again I'd eat my complementary goldfish and stay under the covers.

We started with a flight of mediocre (as it turned out) red wines; a Grenache, an Italian varietal, and a Cabernet. 3x2 or 6 ounces for $15.00. None of the wines were very good. We like to sample wines by the flight so we can drive up to Georgetown liquor and get a bottle. None of these were even close to prompting a visit there. For food we had a peach, tomato, quinoa, goat, and kale salad. We also had a cheese flight and I had the spicy meatballs. Expensive and very small portions. My meatball app was $15 and was 1 and 1/2 small meatballs doused in Frank's with a squirt of blue cheese. It was spicy as advertised but meager. Cheese flight was ok, but also $13 for not a lot. Spoiler alert: if their menu says 'shareable', it's not, unless one of you (or both) are fasting. Service was adequate and we got to enjoy the live music entertainment sound check (we got there before the actual performance). Guy banging on the percussion box: yes, it's way too loud for the tiny space. Usual server upselling of their overpriced menu items and drinks, but not delivering much in the way of hospitality or warmth. I don't think we would go back unless one of our friends wanted to. I think if you just want to drink and listen to live music, this place will work for you.

I ordered the Rosemary Frites, which were a delicious appetizer. I had the maple salmon salad as my meal, and it was amazing! The chèvre was so fresh, the greens were great, and the salmon, wow! A delicious meal that I got two meals out of because I took half of it home, as it's a pretty large portion. Originally, I was given the wrong order that I couldn't have due to dietary restrictions, but the waitress was very kind and gave me the correct one, as well as taking it off of my bill. I really appreciated that! We got macarons as dessert and they were super yummy as well. Overall, I really enjoyed my time at Coco, and it will be in my rotation of "special occasion" local restaurants going forwards!

The other 1/2 was well done. The seasoning was very nice, but disappointed to have well done steak. Our waitress was nicely attentive, as was her assistant who kept our water glasses filled. The restaurant was quite busy, getting busier as we enjoyed our dinners. I am glad we had an early reservation. I might have missed this note on the menu or website, but there is a credit card usage surcharge. Luckily some of our party had enough cash. The guitar music was lovely, but our table was too close and conversation was a little difficult.
