The reason why I'm giving this review three stars is because the installers were great...on time, professional and overall pleasant. However, once the install was done, I was very underwhelmed because I knew something was missing based on the consultation I'd had with the sales rep. My closet just look like oversized, cubbyholes, and metal rods. During the meeting, the sales rep put on a performance about how great snd amazing the end result was going to be and I'm going to be pleasantly pleased, based on some of the add-ons that she suggested and in the end, it was none of that. It gave BLAH! They actually forgot to put some of those, I guess you would call them embellishments in the initial install so they had to come back literally three weeks later which took forever to get to a resolve. Now I am a realist. I know that my closet is not huge and I know that my house is older but the amount of creativity that comes out of this company is minimal at best. I am refraining from using names because at the end of the day I'm not into smearing anybody's professional reputation, but I do believe in telling my complete truth. It is safe to say that I will not be a repeat customer.
