I had Westminster Well Drilling drill my well 20 years ago. I have had nothing but problems. The…read morefirst well pump failed at 4 years 9 months because a hole wore in the side of the pump and water got into motor. This happened because a pump torque arrester was not used(a $12 part that keeps pump from contacting side of well casing.) Pump itself had 5 year warranty was it was replaced free, but labor was not. I installed new pump along with torque arrester and line isolators(these keep wires and hose from contacting side of well casing and failing) Second pump failed at year 10 because although I installed line isolators, the damage from the first 5 years pump did not have them, electrical line had worn through and finally failed. I installed another pump and made all line repairs so pump would last. Just recently had water coming up beside well casing. The company, when installing the pitless adaptor(the connection that allows you to connect and disconnect well pump from well casing hose that goes to your house underground) used a steel hose barb on the outside line instead of brass and the steel rusted through and failed. These extra little parts(torque arrester, line isolators, and brass hose fitting cost about $50.) I would have gladly paid for them and labor to install them, but was never offered that option. I truly believe they weren't used so pump would fail prematurely and company would get more business. I will never use or recommend this company for any work.

I was really grateful for the help! Now I told you trouble came in bunches. As it turned out, my AC unit needed to be serviced. I asked Nancy if they can do that. She set up an appointment and sure enough, Luke from First Class came out and fixed the issue right away. The best part, their pricing was more than fair. I was so impressed, I asked Luke to give me an estimate to replace my upstairs unit. It is about 25 years old so it is time. Waiting for the estimate, but I will be more than happy to have First Class address all my HVAC and plumbing needs. Matt, my most recent tech was very knowledge And professional. Where they loose me is in their scheduling department . Clearly all the schedulers are educated to do is make appts. As the front line call center they should have some 'basic knowledge ' of the systems and at least forward any technical questions to a tech ! The scheduling department failed me. I wasted Matt's time and my money on an unnecessary service visit. We will be building a new house and Matt gave me fantastic advice so we will consider Carroll Water based on his ability to service the system. I will welcome a call from a tech manager or a scheduling manager or even the CEO to discuss what would make this company top notch and receive 5 stars.

(Customers for several decades with full well & water treatment from Negley's) They refused to come to the inner locked door, wonder why they installed this I thought? Negley's hired a lawyer and put a Restraining Order against us! Tell me what will an elderly couple do that they enforced such an action against us, complain, plea for help, what? Abuse of legal system, and an overwhelming display non business like, emotional behavior!
