I was having a fair amount of dust accumulating on my floors, and thought that I should have a duct cleaning. I spoke with Mike at Air Repair, and he came over (on time) a couple of days later. He saw that my house was relatively new, and asked me when it was built (Dec 2019 - 4 years ago). He took a look at the ducts in the furnace room and said that cleaning the ducts would not help as they are already clean. He recommended changing the air filter a bit more frequently and said that the dust was probably normal. Next, I asked him to look at our dryer vent/tube. He said he would need to come back for that, and he did - on time. Wow! He quickly and efficiently cleared out the dryer tube, vent, and dryer filter. He showed me before and after pictures. He also advised me on how to clean the dryer more efficiently with a long bristle brush and flat vacuum hose nozzle. Very friendly, polite, on-time, and reasonably priced. Mike was a great person to work with at Air-Repair. He was contracted through our home warranty company. He came during his scheduled window and properly diagnosed what was wrong with our AC system. The other technicians were not able to pinpoint the issue. He came back with the part the week after and replaced the part. Mike was very professional and quick to respond via Yelp when I communicated with him to get a quote on replacing the inducer motor with the assembly kit. Frederick Air quoted me (parts and labor) $631 to replace the inducer motor. Mike did it for me for $380. Highly recommend him. He responded very quickly when I asked for a quote via Yelp, and we were able to schedule a time for him to stop by to do an AC cleaning and check on the system since it didn't cool very well last year. He was able to stop by the next day, and came well within the timeslot he had said. A sour, musty smell came out of the vents all of a sudden since last week's winter storm. Called Mike and he was able to come to my house in the next hour! He was able to identify the cause of the problem immediately after some inspections. Turned out that It was due to a 40 years old humidifier! He climbed up the studs, took it off and sealed the hole up. Bad smell GONE! I am so glad I found Mike. I will definitely have Mike to do our duct cleaning next. Highly recommend! read more

Will and Bruce are life savers. These guys are the most helpful and super transparent. I had a blockage on my outside vent and Will immediately responded to my request and came over next day. They went to the attic to find where the dryer vent was going through and figured that as well. They removed all the blockage, cleaned up the dryer with all the vents, and covered my outside vent. My luck knowing that these two are also expertise on AV installation made my life since they quickly helped me mount the tv up. I cannot stress on how awesome these guys are. I'm glad I was able to find them and I'm 100% will be calling them for any items I need fix for. Also - Will has a super talented and funny side to him that made this project so much better.
