And don't even get me started on the salmon and the regular cheesesteak. The salmon is always cooked beautifully -- tender, flavorful, and never dry. The cheesesteak is packed, seasoned just right, and honestly one of the best I've had. Every bite tastes like it was made with care. The salads are always incredibly fresh -- crisp greens, vibrant toppings, everything tasting like it was prepared that day (because it definitely feels like it is). The dough is made fresh daily. I haven't seen large thin crust NY slices in Delco before so that was a first. Couple observations, the pizzas are 20" so your slices will measure about 9" to 9 1/2" long. The crust was thin, crispy, had a nice light char and stood straight as an arrow. It's a little heavier on the sauce side which is thick, a little acidic with a sweet/spicy bite to it. I would have liked a bit more cheese to even out the cheese/sauce ratio. For $15 a pizza, I thought it was a good value, they do sell by the slice at $3. I will definitely stop in again to try their other offerings.
