Room is spacious, even for a party of 4. There is also an area outside to lounge as well as an area for dogs, although the area for dogs is not well kept. Luckily, there is Chester Park about 5 minutes a walk away, which is super dog friendly. Parking lot contains EV chargers. Noise-wise, we stayed in a room on the first floor, and you could hear the people upstairs walking around. You can also hear noise outside as well.

There is a shaded picnic area, dog walking area, drinking water, ample parking, access for both east and west bound traffic, and clean restrooms--everything you could want in a rest area. We spent several nights with another couple in one of the Bailey Creek Cottages. Our friends had a…read more"view" room ($179/night) which had sliding glass doors that opened onto a deck and looked out onto the end of the driving range and beyond. There were additional windows on the side walls, so the room was open and bright. Because there were no more view rooms available, we were given a "partial view" ($159/night) room. This room had a sliding glass door on the side wall which opened onto a deck and faced directly onto the siding of the cottage next door. To get a "view" necessitated going onto the deck and looking toward the end for an obstructed view. The room had one window and was dark. We had to keep the lights on all day. There was one more window in the bathroom, otherwise that was it. I would never stay there again. Beware if you book a partial view room as it is exceptionally unsatisfactory in all respects.
