We are very happy with Chesterbrook so far. It has been great for our little guy. The teachers are all so wonderful and loving to him.

Tutor Time of Matthews is great! The new director is very nice and has been so helpful any time I…read morehave called. I also love my child's teachers. My interactions at drop-off and pick-up have been positive and my child seems to be very happy and comfortable there. I really love the app that they use to keep us posted during the day. I get to see what my child eats and how much, when their diaper is changed, when they fall asleep for nap, photos AND videos. One of the biggest perks is they feed the children a morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack - no more packing lunch! I also love that they provide diapers and wipes. We are very happy here and it's great to know your child is cared for and having fun!

We just had to pull our children from this center. Everything was great until we reached the 4…read moreyear old class. My son notified us that his teacher (Mrs. Angie) threatened to put him in a hot oven if he didn't start listening. She went as far as taking him to the kitchen and making him open the oven door so that he could feel the heat. I did not want to believe this at first but the more he told the story, the more detailed he was. He even knew that the oven doors opened like a refrigerator door instead of the traditional oven like we have at home. He described how it hurt when his teacher grabbed his wrist because of her long nails (which she has). When we went in to speak with the director, he looked visibly uncomfortable when he saw his teacher. I just received notice from the director that there was not enough evidence to do anything and this teacher is still employed there. Their Legal dept decided there was nothing they could do?!?! I am not sure how to proceed, but would feel horrible if I heard of another incident with this teacher if I didn't say anything. I have contacted a lawyer and local news stations to try to get a more in depth investigation. If you are looking for a daycare, I would look elsewhere. We had a very good experience with all of the teachers up to this point, but the fact that they are allowing this lady to continue working with children brings question to the management of this facility.

Super fun experience at the pumpkin patch!!! We visited on the Saturday morning before Halloween…read moreand it wasn't too packed at all!! We had fun. There is a big parking lot- but be careful, the driveway to get in is really narrow and only one car fits through at a time. There is no admission fee and it is free to walk around. You also don't need reservations. There is cornhole, picnic tables to sit at, a gift shop with local good slike honey and apples, a coffee truck, a lemonade truck and popcorn for sale. There are pumpkins everywhere of different shapes and sizes available for purchase in addition to gourds and mums. We bought a mum and it was $15. There are plenty of photo opportunities and a garden to walk around in. There is also a lot of space for kids to run around in. For an additional fee, there is a wagon ride you can take that will take you to see farm animals but we didn't do this. All in all, not as many activities in my opinion as some of the other pumpkin patches around town, but I did like how close it is to town compared to some of the other pumpkin patch options and it was super cute! The staff was all really nice too!

I love that it is family owned and they always make it seem like you're family too while visiting. This year, my family went to pick strawberries a few months ago and it was a blast. We were shown where to pick them and to leave a flag of where we left off. The experience was so much fun and I would totally go back next season. The strawberries are delicious and I look forward to visiting during the fall for the pumpkin picking. They always make it such an enjoyable experience for both older and younger families.

That should not be forced on anyone and is a complete separate thing. As a parent I should have the right to opt out of this, but they don't give you an option. It's either agree to our terms or don't come here at all. I'm pretty disappointed. This is what is stated on their website for the release of liabilities: Promotional, Website, and Social Media Notice: I hereby give MY GYM, and MY GYM ENTERPRISES, permission for the copyright and use of photos or videos they may capture of my child or me for use in various areas, including but not limited to the MY GYM website, training materials, promotional materials, marketing materials, and online. Wonderful customer service and absolutely recommend My Gym to other parents. As a parent we just want to feel as though we are heard when expressing concerns especially towards our kids health. Kristen made me feel exactly that... heard and listened to. Looking forward to the changes ahead and pleased we are not pulling our child from the membership. Original review: It's a great place to go for little ones to get to run around and challenge motor skills while socializing. As any social setting like this one kids are sent with runny noses or colds and it gets really frustrating I have yet to see a worker wipe down any surface. Starting to get to the point where we are considering stopping our membership based on the amount of kids that are allowed in with colds and rashes. Almost doesn't seem worth it anymore being our son brings something new home almost every week which then spreads to the whole family. If they would have a wipe down between classes that would maybe help but as stated above I am aware toddlers frequently spread things in any setting like this.
