They do in-house financing for consumers who have less-than-perfect credit. They don't waste any time here. You don't really shop for a car FIRST. You go in, sit down, and fill out all of the credit paperwork before you look at the selection of cars that you can afford. I really liked that. My credit was damaged due to the strain of a divorce. I actually tried to get a car loan 2 months prior to this experience and got denied. This time, I brought in a co-signer and was assured that they could help. Once we were told the paperwork that we would need to be considered, we went home and got it, then came back that same day and they delivered. I appreciated that very much because they treated us with dignity and respect. Our salesman Demetrius and our finance manager Mr. Baez were laid back and really wanted to make sure we had a good experience. Once we were given our budget, we selected the best car available that suited our needs. There was a slight mix-up over one particular car that, first, was in our budget, then wasn't, then was again after we committed to putting down $500. We got the car we wanted but this was the only slight hiccup that we experienced. Fail to maintain all towing records, which shall include itemized fees, for a period of one year from the date of service; 13. Refuse, at the towing and recovery operator's place of business, to make change, up to $100, for the owner of the vehicle towed without the owner's consent if the owner pays in cash for charges for towing and storage of the vehicle; 17. Violate, or assist, induce, or cooperate with others to violate, any provision of law related to the offering or delivery of towing and recovery services; or 18. Fail to provide the owner of a stolen vehicle written notice of his right under law to be reimbursed for towing and storage of his vehicle out of the state treasury from the appropriation for criminal charges as required in § 46.2-1209. She was told the solenoid/cylinoid needed repair. Then told it wasn't that it was a computer issue. Then told they couldn't get the parts for the computer and therefore couldn't fix her car. The owner, I believe it was, later told my mothers husband that if he were there the day they called/brought in the car he would've told them he wouldn't take it, he does not work on Saturns anymore. They transferred the car to a more reputable shop, only to be told by this shop the car was delivered with no transmission. When questioning Speedy's about this, the repairman responded with "I dont know anything about that". Then they were told the cars catalytic converter was also missing. If you want your car butchered and parts stolen, only to be lied to and told your car is "un-repairable", this is the perfect place for you. Guess they hoped she'd fall for it and tell them to junk the car. Boy did they guess wrong.. especially now that her daughter (me) is aware they robbed my helpless, trusting mother. Not sure why it says SF, Ca under my name. I live in the Richmond area. Take my advice, they may be ok for towing, but if you need transmission work... STAY AWAY!!!!
