There were a few customers ahead of me who seemed a bit unfamiliar with the whole quick-serve pizza setup, asking a ton of questions and taking their time to decide. It slowed things down, but that's part of the travel stop experience with people coming through from all over. Eventually they allowed me to go ahead of them. Through it all, Kevin at the counter remained calm, patient, and pleasant. He stayed attentive when it came time to ring up my order, which I really appreciated given the circumstances. It's not always easy handling a steady flow of travelers with different needs and questions, but Kevin kept his composure and delivered good customer service.

My son had the chicken strips, and he said they were really good too. The owner and employees were super friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The service was excellent, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. The dining room is also a huge upgrade from the old Chinese restaurant that used to be in this location. It's clean, inviting, and has a great atmosphere. We'll definitely be stopping by again the next time we're in Tonopah!

The smoke does filter into the restaurant quite a bit. Despite the heavy smoke smell, the restaurant is clean and bright. Today I did a to-go order. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger no onions (came with fries) and an order of mozzarella sticks. The food has lots of potential but is not there-yet. I was surprised (not good or bad just surprised) when I opened up my burger and it looked more like a dip sandwich than a burger. The burger was cooked perfectly and seasoned beautifully. I was disappointed in the lack of bacon (I found 1 chopped piece the size of a quarter) since I paid extra to add bacon and the owner talked up how amazing his bacon was to me. The burger was also lacking the veggies. Not only am I someone who likes the veggies on my burgers, but this burger is so rich, it really needs the veggies to cut through its richness. The fries were HORRIBLE and that is kind. They were greasy, soggy, limp, slightly undercooked, and flavorless. The fries did not come with ketchup or any other dipping sauce. The mozzarella sticks were seasoned well and lightly breaded but didn't have the cheese pull that one would expect. These came with a marinara sauce that complimented them nicely. Catahoulas let me down; however, they have lots of potential as they grow into their brick and mortar location. I look forward to trying them again in a few months and hopefully having a more delectable experience.

The food is fresh and tasty, service is fast and friendly, and the atmosphere is cute old school Nevada. Our most recent meals included a Florentine Benedict, a Veggie omelet, a Grilled chicken sandwich, and a grilled cheese sandwich. Definitely recommend if you're passing through or in the area.

Not what I expect in this beautiful hotel setting, the ambiance is the only reason there is two stars. The service was awful! The hostess's appearance and attitude were messy and off putting. After we finished busing our own plates it took 15 minutes for her to come from the back so we could pay our bill. Needless to say, we picked somewhere else to eat the next morning.

Of course we started with chips and fairly spicy salsa. She had a Chile relleno, cheese enchilada, beans and rice. Loved it all. The margarita was great or so I heard. Even though the food is always great the service may just be better. You'll feel like a well known local when you visit.
