    Vegi Quesada

I have always wanted to eat here but it has never worked out until now. We stopped for breakfast in on a cold windy day and kept our coats on the whole time we were in here. That was a bit of a downer. I had the Vegie Quesada and my wife had the Breakfast Skillet and she enjoyed it. The Quesada had good flavor and was just the right size but the beans got cold before I could finish them. We would stop in for another try, but on a warmer day. Service was good and food came out quickly.

The restaurant is clean and recently renovated in the last year. The service was wonderful as usual. Our drinks were never empty and each visit to our table from staff was accompanied by a smile. Today I had the waffle combo (waffle, 2 eggs, meat) and my friend had the Popeye omelette. The popeye omelette was full of spinach, cheese, and was light and fluffy. The waffle combo was delicious. The eggs were perfectly to order and the bacon was crispy as I like it. The waffle was crispy but a bit dense. I look for to my next meal at Strawberry Hill!

Philly cheesesteak (came with fries). and Steak & eggs with biscuits and gravy & came with pancakes as well

Stopped by on the road and absolutely loved it. Usually I'm not a huge breakfast food type person but those pancakes were genuinely the best pancakes I've ever had. Everything was so so good, I wish I lived by that place so I could come back. Service was amazing as well, the waitress was so sweet. Cute little diner in a cute little town, definitely stop by here!

I checked my handy Yelp! app for a breakfast spot while traveling to Las Vegas, and Strawberry Hill Diner popped up with solid reviews--so we decided to give it a try. It was a cute diner with a local's vibe. Staff was friendly and accommodating. My wife isn't a big eater, so she was happy to find a pancake combo with just one pancake, one egg, one bacon, and one sausage. She said her meal was perfect. I ordered the chilaquiles, and honestly, they were the best I can remember having. The chips still had some crunch instead of being overly soggy, and the house-made green sauce was delicious. It also came with rice (which was outstanding), beans, red sauce, and a little lettuce with tomato and sour cream. I left completely satisfied and full. This will definitely be a stop for us if we're ever traveling that way again. I'd happily return--and highly recommend it.

Scrambled tacos (3) with beans and rice.

Thanks to Yelpers we found this diner with an extensive menu at reasonable prices. We had the scrambled eggs tacos which came with beans and rice. And hubby ordered the spinach and cheddar omelet with pancakes. All delicious. Excellent service. Clean toilets. Ample parking.

The food is what you would expect from a roadside diner. Nothing to write home about but when you've been on the road for 3hrs it will do. The staff was friendly and the restaurant appeared clean. The food arrived hot and fresh and was tasty although over priced for what it is. I had the short stack (3 medium pancakes) $10.00 and my wife had the cheese burger $14.00 our meal with drinks was $36.00. +tip.

Definitely stop here. Classic country diner style, bottomless coffee, and great service. Tucked up above the road and easy to miss if you aren't looking. Lots of room for RVs and right on Main St. between the gas stations.

Whether you are passing through or staying in town this is a great restaurant to check out. Very similar to the blueberry Hills in Las Vegas. While staying at the Mizpah Hotel. Decided to give this place a try very great service and excellent food .

I ordered the special: chicken Florentine crepes with a side of bacon. It was great. The service was friendly and fast. The interior is very cute. I would definitely return.

Nice little local spot. We were there for breakfast. We liked the service and food. They have actual milkshakes here. For $6.49. Bought the mug.

Once getting to the counter to order, the lady helping me didn't seem that pleasant. As a matter of fact, no one at the sandwich counter was smiling or seemed like they had a good attitude. I ordered a Turkey Club Sandwich and the BBQ turkey sandwich. Once my mom and I got to the register, it took a LONG time before the employee at the register (Ruiz) rang us up. She seemed like she was doing other tasks and had no urgency WHATSOEVER in continuing to help the next customer in such a LONG line. Once she finally got to the register, the first thing I did was point to the Turkey Club box to let her know it was Turkey club and she immediately CUT ME OFF and said, "I know what it is" and then a second later said, "oh I didn't realize there wasn't a label." She was incredibly SNAPPY and didn't smile, which ruined my day. Overall, I wasn't content with the service at the sandwich counter. The inadequate service plus the BBQ turkey sandwich to be BARELY adequate, was completely underwhelming. Later on, I went to the area with all the baked goods and was excited to see the vast selection! The ladies there were very warm, super forthcoming to help, and absolutely pleasant. Marie was incredibly patient with all my questions and requests for everything I picked out. I was happy with her service since she was very sweet and pleasant. In conclusion, if you're expecting phenomenal service from the sandwich counter, keep your expectations extremely LOW. You'll have better luck at the bakery.
