I personally really like KFC. For dinner I wanted to go and have it, I tried to open the door but it was locked. On the door there was a sign that showed what time KFC closed. This KFC gets worse every time we go there. Screw up our order every time. the chicken tenders were cold. the biscuits old and hard. No butter for the biscuits, ordered 5 meals and got 3 honey mustards. The kids meals had apple sauce that was Hot. Not even room temp but hot! I used to think of KFC as a treat. He asked me to repeat it-twice-each time I said TO GO. After he finally entered it into the computer, he asked-is this for here or to go? Wait-what? So I repeated myself AGAIN. Took a while to place the order, he left and came back with a bag, without a word, turned around to leave. I spoke up and said, you are supposed to ask me what type of dressing I want-What he says? I repeat again-then he actually was rude enough to tell me I was not being very nice to him! The manager Maribel was standing right there during this entire process, did not assist in any way, did not offer to help, did not apologize. Owner, you need to rethink your staffing, as you are undoubtedly losing many more customers than you know due to bad management, poor staffing, and seems like a serious lack of training.
